DMS Installations 

had loft ladders and loft flooring installed recently decent price quick turn around and installers were nice aswell . would defo use them again and can recommend them to anyoner looking for work done

Electric heaters fitted by the electrician were not the sizes discussed with DMS and were badly installed. They had to send out a second electrician to sort the job.

First electrician accidently drilled holes through walls and denied he did it. He said they were there already. They had to send out a second electrician to sort the job.

First electrician installed bathroom extractor fan the wrong way round and said that was the way we asked for it to be fitted. He was asked to leave but apologised and corrected his mistake. However, this left more holes in a tiled wall that needed filled. They had to send out a second electrician to sort the job.

First electrician paid us another visit months later regarding issues with the hot water. His solution was expensive new immersion heaters. We sought a second opinion for a local plumber, turned out it was a £10 thermostat.

If you hire these guys, make sure they bring a second electrician! He's the good one!

The men came to fit my boiler. and central heating. and hot water...
They came for 2 days and I have HOT WATER!!
They were unobtrusive, funny, quiet and tidy.
When finished I was so surprised! I fully expected the work to go on for ages, with constantly making cups of tea and stuff... I cannot recommend them highly enough!

DMS were helpful and completed the work quickly. To date I have had no issues since the boiler was fitted in Oct 2015.

The installer who came to our house was very considerate and helpful and efficient.
The company was willing to come to a remote area of Argyll which is more than can be said for many others registered with The Green Deal.

Unfortunately bad experience, although workers were polite and tidy, after 4 visits, dms still hadn't finished the job. various excuses given, so decided to finish myself. when contacting office, had a very rude woman taking call. Not a very good impression left with me. I would not use the company again, sorry dms

I found DMS helpful and straightforward to deal with. Interactions were pleasant, not at all pushy, and they clearly knew the technical side very well. There was a small challenge in the installation as the wrong panels were delivered, but this was sorted out and the roofers and electricians were very professional. DMS worked hard to get me all the paperwork I needed in time to meet the FIT deadline.

Friendly service. After installation problems were very quickly attended to and payment wasn't required until satisfied with resolutions.

I was nearly cheated by one of the companies in this field. Salesman telling serious lies, trying to force me to make a decision and pay a deposit that day. By contrast I have found this company to be open and straightforward offering decent service. I have a Daikin hybrid system which has been well installed. I know that company has a lot trouble with 'fly boys'

Great service....and on Christmas Eve too. Completed in 2 hours without incident or disruption. Well pleased.

Brilliant service clean and tidy after him no problems

turned up without radiator valves first time. Had to rearrange appointment. Had valves changed, every valve changed was leaking. Left one valve with pin sticking out. Came back and spent ages trying to fix a valve leak. Had enough, let the guy go, all that was happening was my boiler pressure kept dropping so I Called a real plumber to fix all leaks. Would not use ever again. The job was a disaster.

I am very happy with DMS. The installer Robert Smith was brilliant and so was Scott, who gave the initial quote. They were reliable, gracious and were prepared to help in any way, even happily returning to complete a very small remaining job. I would have been grateful though if my communication regarding the small remaining job had been responded to without several reminders been required

DMS fitted under floor insulation and an unvented hot water system. On both counts they were efficient, easy to deal with and were prepared to openly discuss all the available options well after the quote had been offered. There workforce respected our property and left no mess behind them. There was also a follow up call to make sure we were happy with both installations. Pricing was very reasonable too.

New boiler installation. Prompt with quotes, booked it in easily, guy arrived on time, finished the job early, boiler works a treat. No complaints whatsoever.
