Ordered a doggie name tag. OK it's only £4.99 but despite a number of unresponded emails the item never arrived.

Chargeback time.

I have been trying to contact this company regarding returning and exchanging items. Emails have gone unanswered and there is no provision to leave a telephone message. Very, very frustrating!!

Whilst the product quality is good, delivery delays and very poor customer service let this business down.

4 weeks after supposedly despatched , still not received
Calls not accepted “ Covid “ ( can you catch it over the phone ) and mails going unanswered
Raising credit card chargeback

My puppy's brass tags eventually arrived, three weeks after they were supposed to have been dispatched, but with most of the engraving missing! I informed them of this and have heard nothing more from them.

I've waited 12 days for delivery of a personalised name tage only to receive one with someon's elses' personal details on (if your name is Iris Mack I have your name tag!). DS aren't taking calls and my email has gone unanswered and I've been advised not to keep emailing them.... I am hoping this review might illicit some sort of response but not hopeful from other comments online...

I ordered my items 12 days ago but they have not been delivered. I tried to contact customer services by email 5 days ago, hoping for an update, but I am still waiting for a response, even though their automated reply advises that replies may take ‘24-48 hours’. Very unimpressed.

Contacted them by email regarding a spray collar that has stopped working. Got two replies but then all communication stopped. Terrible customer service. No response on fb messenger either.

I ordered a extra small dog crate and it very pleased with the crate. It is being used for a Kitten but it is just perfect. The crate is pretty well made and for the price is it a steal, in fact i have just ordered another. Good for transport and in the house.

First attempt didn't arrive after a week.Very prompt reply to my email and another sent out the same day ,and that one arrived in 24 hours, however ,the size a quality of the engraving,disappointing.

Complete scam ordered a Sky kennel on 2 occasions as I needed it ASAP and both times it was supposedly delayed missing. But every time I got a message saying it was now out of stock. Do not buy from them.

The crate cover I ordered was delivered within a few days and arrived in perfect condition

I haven't received it yet nearly a week on!

Really great products. Melanie in Customer service was incredibly patient and helpful with choosing the right product and ensuring any delivery issues were resolved quickly in a tight deadline during covid restrictions. I would use again and highly recommend
