The dog tag looks indestructible
The dog tag looks indestructible - I'm sure it will last several lifetimes and is exactly what I wanted. The little split ring it comes with look very flimsy though - I've ordered some D rings to attach it to her collar but it's a shame I couldn't get it at the same place as the dog tag - maybe something to consider for the future? I'll definitely be getting one for our other dog though.

The customer service for Doggy solutions is Very Poor
The customer service for Doggy Solutions is non existent and delivery is very poor. Trying to track my delivery over a week ago. No response to emails or telephone messages. Do not trade with these company.

Avoid , Worst on-line shopping experience ever.
10 days since payment taken , no items, no response to emails and no one answering the customers services telephone line (during opening hours)
Have had to purchase items from elsewhere due to imminent arrival of puppy . Wonder how long it will take to get my refund , some how I don’t think it will be easy or quick , unlike their process for taking my cash ?
