You've made a dogs dinner of this item
A dog tag for clipping to collar. Despite being correct size for collar it came loose within days and when reattached did not last many more days before it became deformed. It was on a small WCS at 11kg so would not want to use it on this breed on anything bigger.
Useless, avoid.

I use Doggiesolutions for my dogs tags
I use Doggiesolutions for my dogs tags. I have also on one occasion used their dog tags as a medical emergency tag for a friend of mine who has to wear a tag showing her alergies in case of emergency. Much cheaper than buying one through a pharmacist, and does the same job very effectively. Always had a very good service at a compeitive price, good job done each time. Highly recommended
