Comfortable more than a 5☆ hotel 🏩

Whole process was impressive. Delivery arrived on time, old bed removed, new bed frame assembled. Guys were polite and helpful, lifting the mattress, stored elsewhere, onto the bed. All packaging removed for recycling. Amazing job!

Salesman was excellent at Abbotsinch branch, very knowledgeable & took his time, no sales pressure ( which I liked) & got us the perfect mattress.

I will never shop anywhere else for beds and pillows! I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I did from Paula at Dreams in Abbotsinch. From start to finish she was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that it made the whole process a breeze. I realised I had made a mistake with sizing after ordering the bed and when I went back in to the store, Paula made changing my order so easy. The whole team working there were incredibly sweet to my 3 year old niece and Paula expertly helped all 3 adults choose their perfect pillows. The store is also spotless. I hope Dreams know what a special team they have working in this location!

Brilliant mattress great price. Bought for spare bedroom and for guest staying at Christmas. No complaints from him.

The store was impeccably clean and well set out. Very professional sales assistant, not pushy, just knowledgeable and helpful. Used the slumber machine which said I needed a soft/medium mattress…and I’d always thought I needed a firm. Time will tell!

The service I got in the store was first class Gerry who helped me with choosing the mattress he was a n absolute gentleman thank you,and the 2 delivery men were wonderful so thank you for everything.

Friendly sales team and reasonable prices for a great quality bed. Watch out for add-on charges to deliver to the room of choice plus insurance etc but all optional.

We got our lovely Sleepeeze mattress from the store at Abbotsinch Paisley. The store is clean, bright and there's so much choice The staff are welcoming, professional and friendly without being pushy or over bearing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a mattress and are concerned about comfort.

We bought a single mattress for spare room to match one we already have. Delivery was easy to arrange and communication re exact timing was very good. Can't comment on the actual mattress as it hasn't been used yet but as its the same as the one we already have it should be good.

The direction from the salesperson Margaret was excellent, made us feel valued customers and with her product knowledge make the an informed decision on the mattress type selected.

I had visited the store previously and was assisted by Gerry, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and not too pushy, had advised at that point I was just looking and he helped and advised where needed. On purchase I was served by Mark, he greeted us on entry and listened to what I was looking for I advised what I had looked at the last time. He advised me to use the sleep match machine and gave me a pillow that would suit my shoulder width and sleep position. He walked round the shop advising and showing me options, encouraged me to try out different beds and mattresses and explained all the functions and benefits. He helped me find my new bed with ease and confirmed all my order before submitting and discussed different payment options. Fantastic service would highly recommend, was even offered a hot drink. A+ customer service

Amazing experience from start to finish, used sleep match and got extremely detailed and professional help from Gerry at the store. Very patient and very informative. Sales process was amazingly fast and mattress was delivered within 5 days from an also amazing delivery team.
