Excellent service
Excellent service. I received a phone call confirming the time of delivery and address. Guys arrived as they said, and went on to build the bed. Efficient, courteous and very pleasant.

Dreams Abbotsinch Estate Paisley
was in Abbotsinch estate today and was served By Margaret. Margaret then after a discussion about what we were after guided us to the Sleepmatch machine so that it could tell us about our match for firmness after 3 mins it said Firm and we agreed as that was what we were looking for. Margaret then showed us round the branch with all the Firm mattresses with our pillow on toe and then we picked our mattress and the looked at divans we picked that as well with headboard. so overall a really good experience.

Gerry n my new choice of bed
Gerry, in Paisley store, the sales assistant was more than accommodating, patient with me, he helped me find the right bed, was delivered just before Christmas, bit mixup with the delivery men, as it wasn't/couldn't be assembled, but hopefully getting my refund for the assembly back soon.. Shopping there is a pleasure, they look after you from start to finish, helpful, polite & patient staff

I would recommend dreams.
The whole process was made really easy, I didn't know what I was looking for, but the sals rep was really helpful, we discussed budgets, done the matress test and I was able to try out the mattresses that would suit me best.

Love our new Woodstock wooden bed frame…
Love our new Woodstock wooden bed frame and bedside cabinets. Quality furniture. Excellent customer service when purchasing and treated with respect and friendliness by salesperson Margaret. Positive experience carried through with good communication re delivery and on the day the delivery guys couldn’t have been more pleasant and wore overshoes to come into the house. All in all a very happy that we purchased from Dreams.

A pleasant experience at Dreams
The pleasant staff team here had good knowledge of the products in the store and guided me on my needs well. I felt unhurried and able to ask as many questions as I needed and all were answered to my satisfaction. There was no hard sell which made me feel comfortable. Once I had decided on my bed frame, headboard and mattress I was quickly guided through the buying process and arranged to have my items delivered then built up in my home. I felt the charge to remove an old mattress and bed frame at £100 was on the high side, so opted to have the mattress only removed at £55.

Would 100% recommend
The member of staff, Margaret, was friendly and approachable. She really knew her stuff and took time to get to know how we sleep and any aches we get. She used her knowledge to recommend a range of mattress types that would suit us and could explain why each would be an appropriate choice. Everything was smooth and easy. She put the order through and explained each step. We had a long wait for delivery, but the staff who delivered and installed it were professional and we are really happy with our new bed and mattress. Would 100% recommend.

Staff very helpful and friendly
Staff at the Dreams Paisley branch were very kind and helpful as they recognised I had my autistic son with me especially, David, who served me gave me breaks so I could take a break and get my son who was running around the store. David had a great knowledge of the bed and knew what bed we were looking for. Also the delivery men were very friendly and told me how to build the bed. Furthermore, they were supposed to leave the bed outside my house but they were kind enough to bring it in especially into the room it's suppose to go in (even though I never asked for it). All in all Dreams - staff and product BRILLIANT

Very happy with my purchase and brilliant customer service
Very happy with my purchase, Gerry took great care of me and was really knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. Came in only looking for a mattress and walked out with pillows, duvet, mattress protector too. And my mum also walked out with a new pillow. Gerry is a credit to this store.
