The Staff were very helpful.
the mattress is very comfortable so far and I have had comfortable and longer sleepful nights.

Nothing but issues, because of the store mis selling. Have had the bed frame changed and now getting the mattress exchanged. Decided to post a review on their website for the original mattress because it cost around 5k but they have said they won't be posting it. So for those that are interested here is my review for their Flaxby mattress.
100% waste of money.
Absolutely 100% not worth the money. Bought this mattress along with the mattress enhancer as well as a new bed frame. Unfortunately I was not advised that because of the debth of the mattress once the enhancer was added you are supposed to buy a specific flaxby bed frame otherwise if your 5ft like me you won't be able to get into it. Arranged to swap the bed frame which by the way is another £2k but the bed was still not comfortable and in addition was sagging where we both sleep, there is no way a £5k mattress after 2 months should do this. I have now arranged a comfortable exchange BUT and this is a BIG BUT because of the value of this even if you swap to the next most expensive mattress you are still going to have a £2k difference which you will get as a credit note. All in all don't bother with this overpriced and poor quality product. Further update is that now after not being allowed to cancel my order and get a full refund and feeling pressured to pick one of the most expensive alternatives given I wasn't getting money but vouchers back I have had a tempur mattress delivered that after several weeks is still so uncomfortable I dread going to bed and wake up in pain. Having spent thousands and having had 2 mattresses, all I wanted was to cancel my order. So buyer beware I will never spent this amount of money on a bed again.

This is the only Company that we use for beds, pillows, etc as it is a pleasure to deal with them. There is a great range of products and the staff are warm, friendly, knowledgable and friendly and one of the most important factors - they do not chase you around the store trying to push for a sale, but are always there if you need advice.

Unbelievable rude staff, totally dismissive and not interested. I would avoid this store and order on line. I visited at 10 am stood outside in the cold until 10:05, doors locked, staff inside looking at me through the glass, chapping the door to get in, 10.07 before they let me in, I asked why the doors weren’t open to be told if you’re not happy contact head office and asked if I know how retail works and things need to be done before the doors open in the morning. Becky and David totally unhelpful, also asked”why do you have a bee in your bonnet?” I explained it’s freezing outside and you totally ignored the fact I was waiting to get in. Worst customer service I have very exprienced. Avoid Dreams Paisley.

Staff were very knowledgable, patient and helpful. Highly recommend. Very happy with delivery service, bed frame and mattress.

David in the Paisley branch was so knowledgeable & friendly that it made the process so easy.
