Today my mum and I shopped for beds
Today my mum and I shopped for beds at Dreams. Even though we arrived early for our appointment at midday we were greeted by Dale who immediately took us in hand. Firstly, he brought us hot drinks before assessing mum’s most suitable mattress. Dale was so personable and genuine. He never tried to sell us a more expensive mattress if it wasn’t suitable. He was very empathetic and treated us as if he was the customer. We spent over an hour with him as he patiently explored the various options. I can’t think of a better ambassador for the company.

Excellent service with Veer
Went in to Altrincham branch for a new bed and was greeted by Veer who helped us immensely with selecting our new bed.
He set us up on the sleep match machine to help us know what bed suited our needs and even gave us a pillow to take round the store with us.
Very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Veer!

Excellent product and excellent sleep
From minute one entering the showroom we were treated extremely well, sales took their time explained everything and the sleep match work like a dream, we ordered the beds and was kept updated, when the bed arrived the guys couldn't of been more helpful than they were. We have had the beds now for two weeks and excluded my punt but best night sleeps I've had for years, thank you dreams

Great service and knowledgable staff
We had great service from Veer in the Altrincham branch. He helped us choose a mattress etc for the bed we chose. He was knowledgable, helpful and efficient. I would happily recommend.
(Another mention for Kam in the White City Branch where we originally saw the bed we bought, she was also excellent)

Great nights sleep on the new mattress.
The assistants were very helpful and enabled us to find a mattress which fully suited our needs. We both sleep better and I highly recommend the company.

The customer care and time spent with us to help select the right mattress and bed frame was such a big help. The whole experience was superb and even though there was an issue with the bed frame being made in time the manager was amazing and offered us alternative options that would ensure we got our bed frame and mattress at the same time.
