After a day trolling around bed shops being bombarded by salesman trying to sell us things we didn't want We went in to dream in Barnstaple were greeted politely by the manager I'm afraid I don't remember his name. He asked if he could help listened to what we needed showed us what choices there were no messing about was very informative and honest about the extended warranty etc which we took out gave us a lead in time which was longer than we wanted so he worked through it and got the bed itself delivered within 7 days with the head board to follow shortly after excellent customer services cannot recommend it enough

I like my new mattress, but my wife had the same, but she has had to go back to her old mattress. We have a double electric bed and she thought that she had better change hers as I changed mine but she was unable to sleep on it as it hurt her back and hips. I do think that the staff should let people know that when you try a mattress u store that it will be softer than the one you receive as new mattresses need time to soften up.

The gentlemen who oelivered and erected the bed were
outstanding and an absolute credit to Dreams. They were smart, polite and extremely knowledgeable of their subject. I would invest in Dreams products in the future and have recommended these products to our friends including the fantastic service. Well done and thank you

I had a good nights sleep did not wake up until time to get up

Very firm. I have given it 6 weeks in the hope it would get softer, but alas, I'm not sleeping. Hope to receive a replacement,as we have 100 days trial.

The bed was delivered on time by very professional and helpful staff. What else can you ask for? Thank you all.

Good helpful people in the store who listened nd explained everything. Good delivery driver who phoned with a delivery time and arrived on time, told us the frequency of turning mattress round. It took a couple of days to get comfortable with the new mattress but now I’m really comfy and happy. Would definitely use Dreams again.

It was nice to step into the store without being “pounced “ on straight away . I had time to browse before help being offered . The assistant ,Shelby, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was given time to consider my purchase . She calculated the best price for me . I was kept updated about the delivery date and time . The delivery crew were respectful of my property and gave assembly advice . I had wrongly thought I’d paid for assembly of the bed but found it quite straightforward. So far I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered on Line after excellent customer service at the Barnstaple Shop. Having the ability to use the test bed at the shop was great as it made sure we were able to order the correct type of mattress.
Delivery was on time and handled well, including removal of our old mattress.
The Tempur Mattress exceeded our expectations and have both slept far better. Highly recommend both Dreams and Tempur.

The in-store experience was first class with no sales pressure being exerted.
The bed, adjustable, was delivered on the date specified and the two delivery men could not have been more professional and put the bed together without fuss. All in all, a pleasurable buying experience.
