My house move was delayed 4 times and I had to keep changing the delivery date, but Kyle at the Bury store was amazing and never made me feel like a nuisance.

placed an order last week with jordan at the bury dreams… purchased the foley kingsize ottoman bed… jordan was super helpful he walked me around the full shop showing me all the choices and explaining in detail about the beds that are offered , i also got to go on the massage mattress to see which mattress was a great match with me ! which was very accurate by the way i was also offered a drink ! i felt so at ease and welcome, the staff even helped out with my little one who was kicking up a fuss to make my visit more pleasant ! they really all went above and beyond ! a wonderful set of staff that work there ! thank you so much

Advice offered in the shop was very good and without pressure selling

Great mattress and comfortable.Also free pillows good free mattress protector sent was wrong size, but I didn't notice until I came to put it on. Very good service. Ca.e on time. Polite delivery people. Would use DREAMS again

It started at the Bury store. Lorraine, I hope I've got the name correct, was so perfect in the way she helped my partner and me. Gave advice on the mattresses which were suitable. I'm more than happy with the one I had delivered.

I am Amanda and I went to Dreams after a poor experience at a bed store close to your Bury branch. Adam and Caroline were welcoming and I accepted the sleepmatch assessment which perfectly worked out the best mattress for my height, weight and painful joints. I wanted a single memory foam mattress for an adjustable bed and Adam guided me around the showroom for me to try several mattresses before I selected a Hyde & Sleep. It was a great price, the experience and customer service was great from both Adam and Caroline and the cup of coffee was appreciated! Adam and Caroline represent Dreams extremely well and this is appreciated especially when a customer may need a little more time and patience. We will use your company again and recommend Dreams to others.

From the beginning it was a good experience in the shop and trying out different mattresses and beds, once we chose one, it was delivered with a 2 hour window and we had it built and the old mattress removed, it is a very comfortable bed and we are really pleased

Lorraine and the team were really informative, patient and helpful from start to finish, to help us find the right bed and mattress for us ! We utilised the technology in store to assist. It was great to see the team work supporting Lorraine (as she was new) to learn the use of the computer systems (although consideration of update of these the company may want to consider for benefit for all the team). Looking forward to receiving our new purchase.
