Excellent service at Dreams Caerphilly
Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, offering personal service with tea, coffee etc thrown in, which made me feel at ease.
Dee especially, spent quality time with me to make sure my purchase was right for me using Sleepmatch to help my decision.
The experience was so much better than shopping on line and I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a new bed pays a visit to the store.

Caerphilly Dreams - Super Friendly Staff
We called in to the Caerphilly store to look at bed frames having already decided what mattress we wanted. Dee was incredibly helpful in explaining the different between the bases we were looking at to help decide which would be best for us.
Dee offered us a drink and explained about the different protection products we could have, and also managed to get us a few pennies off too which was lovely.
We had an excellent experience in store and are looking forward to our new mattress and bed frame being delivered.

We honestly couldn’t have had a better experience at Dreams. The whole team were so friendly, helpful and informative from start to finish, and really took the time to help us through the whole process.
A special mention has to go to Dee, who was just so lovely. She made sure we were looked after throughout, took the time to help us find exactly what we needed and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We never felt rushed or pressured at all.
Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was genuinely brilliant. We left really happy with our purchase and the whole experience. Couldn’t recommend Dee and the team enough!

We were welcomed by Mel and she was very pleasant and helpful. I had seen the Tadley mattress online, and although I did try another one, it was the Tadley that I went for in the end. I am very pleased with it. I am disabled and it's a joy to sleep on a great mattress. The whole experience from first contact to the extremely pleasant, friendly delivery team. My husband has a Dreams mattress as well and he's equally happy with it. We would recommend Dreams to anyone.

"Seven years ago, we bought a Sealy Posturepedic mattress from you and were highly satisfied. Unfortunately, this new purchase is a completely different experience. Not only was the price significantly higher than anticipated, but the mattress itself feels like an entirely different product. Additionally, there is a strong, lingering chemical smell—especially on the pillows—that still hasn't gone away. We expected better continuity in quality given our past experience."
