Dreams - Chingford Reviews 

We visited Dreams South Chingford looking for a bed frame and a mattress and had a very helpful staff member explain all the options and help us to find the right mattress for us. We found the lovely ottoman bed frame in the clearance section upstairs, can recommend this store it's well worth a visit.

Went to Dreams at Chingford was greeted by the salesman offered a drink and then did the sleep match to find the right mattress. Got the perfect mattress the perfect base all wIthin my budget. Can’t wait for it to be delivered and to eventually get a good nights sleep.

I went to dream to buy a mattress for me and a guest bed and mattress.
I did some research on dreams website before going.
When I got their, Ashley from Dreams was absolutely excellent. He listened to what I wanted and explained in detail all my options. Even used the sleep machine.
It’s the little details that count and Ashley’s knowledge and experience was clear to see and hear. We spent time looking and found the perfect bed and mattress’s. Thank you Ashley.

I was shopping around for beds when happened to walk pass a dreams on my way to another store. I proceeded to the store then doubled back to dreams and it was the best decision I made. Their staff were courteous and welcoming. They had a wide variety to choose from and Mak who assisted me made it very easy to make my decision without feeling rushed as he allowed me to wander around the store to view other items. Service with a smile .

Excellent experience in the Dreams Chingford Store. Salesperson was knowledgeable, patient and kept our budget in mind at all times. Could not be happier.

I have had a really good experience from dreams from the staff in store, my wonderful bed and mattress with the pillows to delivery service everyone has been amazing and supportive very helpful with everything I needed.

This was actually the first shop I went into to get a mattress. I was welcomed by Abdul at the Chingford E4 store. As we got chatting he recommended that I do a mattress assessment procedure to identify the best mattress for my back which is slightly dodgy. We then went through the mattresses recommended. With patience he showed me many mattress. I decided on the correct one and decided to purchase straight away and arrange delivery. The service was impeccable and I would recommend Abdul and his store without hesitation. The delivery was also done to a very high standard. I formed constantly about arrival and even being phoned beforehand by the friendly in-house delivery team. Thank you Dreams.

fantastic experience...helped by assistant as soon as we walked in store, tested mattress out on sci-fi machine to see what we needed,..got the perfect mattress and accessories,given a delivery slot 2 friendly guys turned up right on time and delivered new mattress and took old one away....all in all first class service from dreams...thank you for making a daunting task for my 85 year old father a pleasure

This is actually the second time buying this bed. 10 yrs ago I had one but due to wear and tear I needed a new bed. This version is updated with under bed storage so a big bonus. It arrived on time, fitters friendly and knew what they were doing. Dreams will always be my go to shop if shopping for beds.

First class experience. Was welcomed by warm friendly staff. Was served by Sophie who was very knowledgeable. It's a very big store but she successfully managed to cut down the choice to 5 suitable mattresses. We picked one and confirmed a suitable delivery date.

Dedicated team of two very strong people to deliver a very awkward and heavy king size mattress. Done to perfection with great timing, great interaction and perfect protection all around.
