Visited the store wanting a specific size bed with a budget i had in mind.
Mak was really helpful and found exactly what we required at a price that was great. Happy to recommend and will use them again.

The person attending to us, Jahanger made our experience amazing! He was so kind, helpful and honest, he gave us quality time to decide what we wanted. He helped us find the right bed and cannot say in words how amazing he was in helping us find our dream bed and mattress! Definitely reccomend this branch and especially Jahanger! He was amazing person!

I went in the store 14th September 2022.
Debbie was dealing with me.
She is gave me excellent service.She make me easy and comfortable to buy bed.

Their delivery term was "Delivery by our 2-person team to your room of choice.", however, the delivery team told us that they could not take the mattress to our bedroom due to its specifications.
Their customer service was not helpful. They asked 35% more payment to exchange it with zipped version of the same mattress so that the mattress could be delivered to out bedroom. They also refused to refund.
I believe they do not care about delivery problems as they would charge extra for failed deliveries. A typical sales tactic.

My experience was very good and the staff was helpful and patience. They knew what they were talking about and got to try out many different types of beds.

Really lovely bed, arrived on time, but the delivery guys really knocked the paintwork of the skirtings getting it upstairs. There was no acknowledgement or apology. I wouldn’t mind we bought a zip link bed so there was no excuse.
However since, we have been offered some compensation which has restored my faith in Dreams.

Visited Dreams as that is where I got my previous mattress...well, it was another great experience! The sleep match experience and a very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable salesperson, Gary at the Chingford store helped to narrow down the mattresses I needed to try out. It took a while to decide...the sleep match recommendation felt super comfortable but was pricier than I wanted to pay if I could get a decent alternative.
Gary really listened to what I wanted and suggested some excellent alternatives. In the end, I think the alternative I bought - the Balearic K - is better suited to me. It doesn't have the sumptuous comfort layer of the sleep match mattress but it is a cooler mattress as a result (hurray). I sleep on top the mattress not sunk down in it and feel fully supported. If I really wanted to I could get a cool effect mattress topper but so far I find the mattress comfortable as is.
After two nights I am already noticing that I feel more energised when I wake up, and my spine feels better aligned. I'm looking forward to how I feel after I've had this mattress for a couple of weeks.

I visited the Chingford branch with my husband and kids with the intention of buying new mattresses for us all. We were greeted warmly at the front door by Abdul, who offered us a bottle of water, showed us to hand sanitiser and sheets of paper we could use to lie on the mattresses with while we tested them out.
He carried out the checks to see which mattress would suit our sleep best and it showed any were suitable so we went looking on budget/and feel for what was comfortable.
Abdul was really friendly, and make a real effort with our children. He listened to our requests and threw in some free pillows and discounted mattress protectors.
I was pleasantly surprised at how excellent the customer service experience was and highly recommend. Abdul was a gent and appeared to genuinely care about - and have an interest - in his job. Give him a bonus/pay rise!

Sleep match worked perfectly and picked out the best mattress for me really quickly.

The team (Gary and Abdul) were friendly, listed different options and provided advice on different bed frames and mattresses.

The overall experience was awesome just a very uncomfortable situation happened when the manager denied the price it was displayed on a mattress i had chosen two days ago, he even goes further b saying that we had many mattress sold and this one is not what you choose.
I still have all the pictures that i made before i left the store two days ago and told them to put it aside.

However, this situation could not highlight the experience i had with other people and with the mattress itself.
It is so good and i got it on a 60% off for a little scratch it had on top .
This is crazy and i am sleeping so peacefully now

Our visit to your store in Chingford was very successful. We were warmly greeted by Abdul who gave us excellent service. He was very thorough in establishing our requirements including the 'test bed'. He showed us several alternative products and gave good advice which enabled us to make our decision. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The bed we chose has been all that we hoped for.

Great experience in store. The manager in the chingford store went out of his way to make sure I stayed within budget when getting new, bigger mattresses (and the related accoutrements) for my kids. Really personal service and he even helped me carry everything back to the car. My only very very minor complaint would be a couple weeks lead time for mattress delivery, but this is outsourced so it’s to be expected - especially in a busy city like London! Not the fault of the store themselves, and if I had organised myself sooner it wouldn’t have been an issue at all. We all want everything yesterday these days! Really great experience and would absolutely go back. Thank you!
