The staff at Dreams Coventry were fantastic even offered us a cup of tea/coffee. We tried out the mattress simulator to see which one would suit us best and I must say since having our new bed they got it right.
We paid to have it assembled the 2 guys were very courteous & in no time our bed was done. Thanks so much

The mattress is uncomfortable and has very little give, you feel like you are going to fall off the bed as it seems to taper out towards the edge. Not impressed at all!

The salesman at Dreams of Coventry made making a purchase an enjoyable experience; he was helpful without putting me under pressure, and took me through the purchase in a way that was helpful and professional.

Store room had a great layout, Thomas was a fantastic Customer Service Rep for Dreams. Not too pushy, very knowledgable, and very patient too! He made all the difference when it came to deciding where to purchase my bed from. Thank you so much Thomas, will be recommending all my work colleagues and friends to visit you when its time for a refresh of their bedrooms!

Very welcoming experience, Mac’s service went above and beyond what we expected so we were very pleasantly surprised. Definitely will be back, highly recommend.

The sleep machine was very good and helpful and the advice was good too.Delivery went well,was just a bit difficult getting the green bag on for recycling 😀

I recently bought a mattress from Dreams and I’m really impressed. The team in-store were helpful without being pushy, and made it easy to find something that suited my needs and budget. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, and the mattress itself is unbelievably comfortable – I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep. Highly recommend Dreams if you’re after a quality mattress and solid customer service.

Very nice gentleman help me pick out my bed. I went on the bed helps you get it right, Then I tried a few beds and found pillow that suited me (ICE) which is wonderful.
The gentlemen who came to deliver the bed were very good at the job, I noticed that they put on shoes over the top of their outdoor shoes whenever they came into the house. They fitted my old but much loved headboard on for me.Then told me how to look after my mattress .

Our experience from start was really good, they have a special mattress to tell you what kind of mattress you need and when delivery came the men put the bed together for us as I wouldn't be able to as I have fibromyalga amongst other things. All staff were polite and courteous. Thankyou Dreams team x

Staff at Courthouse Green Coventry very helpful and really informative Ordered a super king size bed which comes in two sections. Unfortunately one section came with casters, as ordered. The other gliders, which was a pain.
One phone call and everything was sorted. Excellent customer service. Definitely 5 star Thank you
