Kate and Reece from the Dartford Branch were very professional, polite and very friendly. We was happily impressed with the service they provided. We was thoroughly spoken to about different options regarding products which was a great help and sold us the dream 👍🏻

I went in with some ideas and the young lady showed me some I'd seen advertised and from my comments offered others up for me to try.
She then asked me questions about my sleeping pattern and pains and after entering my answers into a computer, I laid and turned on the connected bed and some of the suggestions met with my choice.
All very efficient and easy with all after service explained clearly.
I have since found the bed getting more comfortable and sleeping better.

Shop staff very helpful directing me to a suitable mattress. No pressure to buy an expensive one. Delivered on time. Delivery staff pointed out I may have bought the wrong size and would replace it if necessary. The mattress has been very comfortable.

From the moment we walked into the store till the moment our mattress arrived we had amazing service.
Reece in the Dartford store was incredibly helpful and took the time to show us multiple appropriate mattresses based on what we had stated our needs were. We even left the store thinking we should try elsewhere but turned around and went back within minutes to buy.
The Dreams delivery services was also amazing. Thank you to our two drivers who walked and set the mattress up. They explained when to 'make' the bed and were very helpful and chatty.

The minute I walk into dreams bed shop I was approached by a very friendly sales assistant who not only sold mattresses but seemed to be very tknowledgable about them also and had a great sense of humour. I visited the Dreams store in Dartford, Kent and I was really impressed with the service. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who after ascertaining my requirements showed me to the mattress that were in the price range that I had stipulated. He didn't try any hard sell tactics although I did go onto buy a mattress more expensive than I intended that was because I asked him to show me an igel mattress which I really liked so spent a bit more money. I also got a duvet and some pillows that were discounted due to my purchase of the mattress. Overall a very enjoyable service and I am happy with my purchase.

We had great customer service from Katie at the Dartford store. We purchased a headboard for our sons bed which we had purchased recently. The headboard was delivered within the time frame given and is good quality.

Great quality frame and matching mattress. Perfect size for my daughter's room. Friendly service at the showroom and timely delivery.

Everyone on the planet needs and deserves to have a good night’s sleep, but for some, it can be all but unattainable. It’s no fun tossing and turning around all night on a flat surface and still wake up tired and cranky in the morning.that is why I recommend DREAMS they don’t only show the best product but they also give you test run on there products before you purchase them. I look forward getting some more products with dreams.

Dreams is an excellent store. Staff very helpful and excellent knowledge of the products. Just recommended a friend.

We were greeted by a very friendly store assistant who listened to our requirements and introduced us to the sleepmatch machine. This offered a range of mattresses and the assistant took us around all of the options and allowed us to try them with pillows which had been sanitised ready for us to use. After choosing the right mattress we were offered a drink whilst placing our order. Delivery times were very good and great flexibility offered in case anything changes. A very seamless process and very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Excellent Service, Product and retail experience. Various options determined and patient staff as all were tested for suitability and a final choice made. Recyclying old mattress a plus.

We bought a mattress for me and my partner but have bought a memory foam as my friends was so comfortable.Done the sleepmatch which was really helpful as it helps on choosing you the right mattress.

Bought our daughters Frozen toddler bed. Excellent customer service in the Dartford store. Didn’t have any in display but happy to help us with the online availability unlike another well known bed store. Very friendly and kind to our daughter also, she got a book to go with her new bed.
Delivered on the day we chose at a perfect time in the morning. Daughter was sleeping in it that night!
