Very good service everything is good 👍

Went into the store and was greeted with a warm welcome by Zoe. She was helpful and she was also great in helping me find a bed to fit my budget. I didn't buy the bed when I was in the shop, I was just looking around but the next day, I called up the store and she was the one I spoke to. We arranged for the bed to be delivered to my bedroom. My bed came on on 17th October, delivered with care and the guys were also friendly. I would highly recommend because the mattress and bed are so comfortable and the storage I asked for in the bed is very spacious.

Very patient with my elderly grandad. Thank you, Zoe, for making him feel so welcome, comfortable and being patient with him. It took him a little longer than most people to mobilise around store with his walking frame. However, she was incredibly patient and kind. We found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good customer service in-store and outstanding service from the two delivery guys - I couldn't have asked for more!

Great bed and mattress worth every penny.

My mattress was left upside down on the bed, this I did not notice until I tried to get to sleep. After a couple of hours I had to get up an unmake the bed, turn the mattress and remake the bed. In addition there was a sizeable mark on the bed.
In addition I tried to call their customer service and was told that I am 27th in the queue. After 15 minutes I was down to 26th at which I hung up. Their customer service is worse than their delivery.

Really friendly staff, so helpful, even stored my bed for longer when i wasn't ready for it, moving the delivery date a good few times. Great quality product, abd a wide variety of beds and mattresses. Will definitely be buying there soon again.
