Lovely comfy bed, good & helpful service

Couldn’t have been a more positive mattress buying experience. We were served by Elijah who was welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. We have encouraged friends and family to come to the Gravesend branch of Dreams as we (myself and my partner) have had such a pleasant experience.

Didn’t get my mattress topper called the branch left a message ignored

They were on time, kept me informed all the way. Very good

We were made very comfortable with our purchase, assisted by Caroline, who explained all that we needed to know.
She showed to us that she cared about our choices that we made couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through our purchase.

We had a really positive trip to Dreams in Gravesend where I needed to buy 4 double beds. I had no idea what I was doing and thanks to the wonderful Susan, who really knew her stuff and who was so calm and patient (I took 3 kids and my elderly mum). I came out with exactly what we needed. The test bed that can tell you what mattress you are best suited for was fab and they had a wide range of stock to choose from and try out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susan or anyone else in her team. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me the best deal.

Lovely mattress but still waiting ages for free quilt that is supposed to come with it

We tried the beds that were suitable for us. The bed we chose is perfect very comfortable best nights sleep and no aches and pains when getting up.

Wonderful caring experience at the Gravesend branch. Staff were considerate and able to provide support when selecting a mattress for our daughter who has sensory needs.

Bought mattress 7 months ago.Seller was amazing. He offered great service, however we just don't like the mattress, it also was the most expensive one in the store. Six months later, the edges are tearing off on the mattress, plus the protector too. Difficult to put the covers on the mattress due to how heavy it is, not worth to buy for the price. Not the best to sleep on either

I decided it was time to get a new mattress and popped into dreams on the way home from work. I have been recently been struggling with sciatica and is why I made this choice. On arrival Joanna greeted me and give me her time to explain my situation and what my needs were. She explained the importance of choosing between a soft and medium mattresses and how this could improve my sleep by getting the correct mattress going forward.
She showed me a multiple amount of mattress’s around the store and gave me the time to try each one in my most comfortable position sleeping. I chose a special wool fitter mattress that was amazing for my back would give me the most comfort. Once brought Joanna and Mandy helped get the new mattress to my van, which was very helpful and great service. Thankyou ladies much appreciated

Timely arrival, friendly, removed shoes without being asked, fast assembly and demonstrations. Removed all rubbish. Would use again
