Excellent service from when we was in-store to delivery. Very friendly and helpful.

The whole process from purchase to delivery was spot on. The bed came on the specified day, the communication from the company and delivery team was excellent. The delivery team also assembled the bed which I arranged at purchase. The team were very polite, quick and left the bedroom perfectly tidy.

Perfect customer service even down to delay of delivery by a few eeeks to align with a carpet being fitted. Treated well in Huddersfield store and made to feel part of family

I can’t praise the whole team enough. From Ashleigh the sales representative, to Paul the Area Manager who was on-site we had the best experience. There were no “pushy” sales, just a real keenness to ensure we found the right product within our price range. We were made to feel valued and not just a commission. The team were honest about a possibility of a delay in delivery time and we liked the honesty and that we weren’t told what we wanted to hear for the sake of securing a sale. Whatever values you have, they are working as there was a real team spirit in the store, no hierarchy, just a senior manager supporting and working alongside his team. You obviously have a great culture so keep doing what you’re doing, it’s working! Unfortunately I won’t need another bed for a long time but when I do, we will definitely shop at Dreams.

The first time I have been to Dreams. I found the assistants both friendly and helpful. They did not rush me or try to push me into buying anything. I found the whole experience very easy and relaxing.

The experience was exceptional. Fran and Chris at the Huddersfield store were so helpful, they answered any questions I had and really focused on what I was looking for, they didn't try push any sales. All decisions were completely my own with their helpful advice to aid me. I couldn't fault the experience at all and I feel it was a very memorable service. The bottle of water being offered was a great touch, especially when wearing masks can make you so warm!

Salesman knowledgeable, I got a lovely high quality mattress for my daughter (pocketsprung with memory foam) and she loves it - sleeping like a log!

Visited Huddersfield store - didn’t really know where to start. Peter made us feel safe comfortable and important from the start. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the mattresses and really made us feel like we mattered which is a rare quality in shop assistants these days. Bought a mattress and 2 pillows for master bedroom. Based on our experience we will definitely be returning when we need other items

Very happy with the Dreams experience from initial order to delivery. I had to deal with customer services as the original bed that I ordered was not going to arrive for another 4 months. As I didn't want to wait this long they found another suitable bed and side cabinets for me which now I have I actually prefer. The delivery team were very pleasant and covered their shoes whilst in the house, which I was very pleased with. I would definitely recommend Dreams for friends and family.
