Outstanding Service
From walking into the store to delivery I had an outstanding experience, the lady in store, put me on a special bed advised which were the best mattresses to suit me, i chose what i wanted and then i was sat at the desk, alm paperwork sorted, chose my delivery date and delivery was also great, very polite, took their shoes off even though i didnt ask them to, asked where i would like the mattress put, explained a few things to me regarding returning after 100 days if i wasnt happy etc. But so far i am very happy with my new matress and i dont think i will be returning it. My matress calls me every night and i now look forward to going to bed. Thank you

100% recommend Dreams!!
From the minute we walked into the store we were impressed with the service… no pushy sales, just a sales assistant who knew her stuff… she gave great advice but didn’t make us feel she was pushing for a sale!
The delivery was negotiable… we was even able to bring the date forward… The delivery was on time and the guys were so helpful, respectful and professional.
Our previous bed we brought from Bensons,

Lovely Comfortable Bed and Mattress at a Good Price
The Staff in the Dreams Store where I ordered my new Bed were extremely helpful in helping me to choose the Mattress and Base with Drawers that I wanted.
The Delivery went very well with again very helpful Staff who put my new Bed together for me and collected my old Bed and Mattress away using the Dreams Recycling Service.
The only thing I found quite difficult was wrapping my old Mattress in the Green Bag supplied by Dreams. It was very large and I struggled on my own to seal it with brown tape to secure the Mattress in place

I honestly love dreams
I honestly love dreams! The quality of their mattresses are perfect and have helped my back so much. Have used them for years. Recently upgraded from a king to a Superking and I honesty am so happy with my purchase. The lady who served me was really patient and helped me find the best mattress for me.
