Ive bought from Dreams before which is which went back but was very concerned about delivery (my bedroom is in the converted attic and the stairs are quite narrow) - the delivery team couldn't have made it look easier - was so pleased and impressed

Delivered on time had a call to confirm and the delivery men were friendly

The bed I bought was very comfortable and looks stunning

Dreams assistant helped through the whole process, making suggestions and providing many option. She answered all our questions and sorted the deal.

Delivered on time, delivery men were careful taking it upstairs and they were polite and helpful. The mattress is so comfortable would recommend it.

Mattress had totally different feel to the store one. When I contacted dreams they was happy to exchange it provided I pay £95 fee even though my Mattress was more expensive than the one I wanted to exchange it for so rather than reduce the exchange amount said they can only send me gift vouchers so I'm obligate to still spend money I don't want to spend with them . This to me seem totally unfair and shady business practice. I'm hoping this mattress is going to be OK as I really don't want any more dealing with dreams .

I have revised my feed back after speaking to Kishan from Dreams today who was very apologetic and very polite and professional we disscued my issues and resolved the matter
I will say if you have a problem with your purchase Dreams in all fairness do their utmost to resolve them .

Best choice I've done should have bought one years ago

All staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Leanne who give us all details of bed we were interesting in buying for our son, they had a scanning device to advise on appropriate mattress required for him. Sorting out the paperwork to buy bed/mattress was straight forward, we were kept informed of date of arrival and allocated time slot, which was adhered too, all packaging was taken away by staff, who were pleasant and polite during the delivery and set up of the bed. Fantastic experience from all dreams staff from start to finish, you are all a credit to your company.

The Boys was excellent nice couple of boys.could not do enough

Attended a local store where we seen a therapur mattress after making some enquiries and using the machine in store a firm mattress was advised. The mattress was a therapur 4800 mattress £2.499 but had a deal on for 20% off so we had to go to get the funds and come back which unfortunately was the next day when we returned we was informed the deal had ended fair enough very disappointed bit fair enough. We then tried a few other's and settled for a quality silentnight mattress so we purchased it online. Two days later we returned to the store to pick up a few tempur medium pillows. When getting to the check out we was informed the mattresses had gone back on offer !! Yes back on offer within a few days even thought the few days before the sales assistant had gone on the system to check if there was any further offers coming up which there wasn't! So we was advised to go back online cancel our order and come back and get the therapur 4800 which met our needs better so we thought ok bit of messing around but ok so we did that .... but then to be informed our refund would take to 7 to 10 days to go through .Annoyed is not even close to how we are feeling so now not only do we not have a mattresses coming but our money is going to take over a wk to come back. I really don't know what kind of business practices Dreams uses but this is a shocking way to treat a customer .
So
NO MATTRESS
NO MONEY ......
and by the time this is all sorted the offer is Over.

Fabulous service all round.
Walked into showroom knowing that I needed a new bed and was expertly guided through the whole process of choosing the mattress, base, drawers and even a new deluxe pillow.
All in all an empty bank account = the best night’s sleep I’ve had for a long time.
