Very friendly staff they make a great coffee, a lovely selection of beds etc, nothing to much trouble for them,

The guy who served me I believe went above and beyond his name is Robert he was so helpful with helping me choose which mattress would be best for me

What a great guy Robert is at your nuneaton branch.... very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and so helpful.... there was no leading us to the dearest mattress, he to took us to the one best suited for my husbands osteoporosis.... great service, will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Robert. X 10/10

Good customer interaction with very helpful guidance. My budget is restricted so they suggested a similar (Hyde & Sleep) mattress which is perfect. Little problem with delivery .... they were 2 hours early and in a devilish hurry so left my with the heavy lifting, unpacking and positioning a very heavy mattress, I'm almost 80 so I struggled.

The dreams deliverymen were very efficient and did their work competently and well.
The single bed that we had from you is extremely comfortable and everything that we wanted.

POOR SERVICE!I Recently brougnt a new foam mattress from the nuneaton store when i got home i noticed £45 extra on my receipt. I called and was told its insurance I DEFINITELY did not want or ask for i dont have time to take it back to get a refund! but will never buy from there again UPDATE they never got back to me like they said they will poor customer servive!!

The members of staff who we dealt with were very helpful and friendly from the sales assistant, who took the time to make sure we got the right mattress at the right price for our budget, to the guys who delivered it. Also communication was excellent. Thanks.

Davina right from the offset was great, she allowed us to browse around before coming to speak to us and get us on the test machine to ensure we was looking at the correct firmness and mattresses, as we had our young daughter with us Davina went above and beyond to interactive with her and make it a bit of a game/help keep her entertained which greatly improved us having time to spend time on the mattresses to ensure we picked the right one and gave us all the information to ensure we made the right choice, our backs and sleep are now perfect after months of back pain and twisting and turning and struggling to sleep to blissfully nights is brilliant!

Still looking at the matress not sure if there's an issue.

Great explanation of all the different types of mattresses, also advised on what type of mattress suited us.

Robert spotted me as I entered, came straight over, and enquired what I needed, including would I like to save even more by buying ex-display. I was took to each Kingsize (he knew all the data on each one) and allowed to try each one with no time limit. Other customers arrived, he gained my permission to welcome the new customers, then returned to me. Once chosen, he offered tea or coffee which was made. He then filled the order out, with delivery date/time and freebies (mattress cover, 4 pillows 10.5 tog duvet, and cover for the old mattress). The delivery men were an hour early, and rang me to confirm my house. They were professional, polite well-turned-out and imparted the information needed to settle and air the mattress. The old mattress was taken away. The whole event only took minutes. Dreams are seamlessly polite and proficient from entering the store to taking the old mattress away, brilliant !. Robert also supplied details of double mattresses, so my daughter-in-law could purchase a mattress for my autistic grandson, same was bought from the Loughborough store days later He's very happy).
