After a terrible experience with…
After a terrible experience with Wowcher and Cloud 9yn beds I went to Dreams in desperation. I explained my predicament and they told me exactly the type of bed I needed to fit into a small space. 3 week lead time but delivered when they said they would, took their shoes off cos it was wet, took the bed upstairs and fitted the casters, got rid of the rubbish and gave advice on airing the mattress.

She was very welcoming, kind, thoughtful and listened carefully to my requirements before offering Sleepmatch and then taking me through all the options recommended and then through the purchase process. She was very knowledgeable on all counts. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Helpful friendly staff but not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the beds. Nice calm atmosphere in the shop, we never felt under pressure. Delivery went without a hitch and we are so happy with our purchase.
