No pressure, very helpful, done what I wanted🤙

Bridie, the sales assistant was excellent. She was polite, caring and made us welcome. Bridie did not rush us into buying a product and we did not feel under pressure. With a wealth of knowledge she went through the products making sure we understood the beds on display. The service was excellent and we were very pleased.

The young lady was very pleasant, answered all my questions with patients. I left feeling I'd made the right choice.

Excellent Service from Shazia at Solihull Store

I had an absolute pleasure dealing with Shazia at Dreams. From start to finish, her customer service was outstanding - professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and it's clear she takes real pride in helping customers find the right product. The entire staff we dealt with were fantastic too.

Pleasant helpful staff ,Bridie took time to help us choose and listened to our preferences without any “pushyness” .pleasant to deal with her.

I had an amazing experience today at the Dreams Solihull Branch where I was seen by the kind Natalie who was extremely welcoming. She listened to my concerns and we dived straight into the sleep match which was a really fun experience. A selection of drinks including tea, coffee or water were offered and a variety of pillows were shown to me too. The sleep match and Natalie’s brilliant expertise narrowed down my choice of mattress and now I’m so excited to get my new mattress in 12 days and get that better sleep! Thanks for a wonderful experience :)

Went to the Solihull branch today to buy a double mattress but came out having ordered a king size ottoman bed and upgraded mattress!

We were served by Natalie who was absolutely perfect in her job/role. What we appreciated the most was the politeness, the clarity in explaining the options and pricing, the knowledge she shared on the products but most of all done in a completely friendly, comfortable and non pushy way. Her approach was absolutely perfect. She knew her stuff and kept us incredibly well informed but also had the politeness to step away at times to give us time to mull things over and think things through. We were never pushed in any particular direction but shown all the options that were suitable for my needs and she worked very fairly with the available discount options available too.

Throughout the decision making process and the placing of the order she couldn’t have been any more professional or clear in the facts. The whole experience was first class! Thank you so much Natalie and I’m very much looking forward to a new king size bed instead of just a new double mattress!

Excellent experience at the Solihull Dreams store, very welcoming staff and environment! We were helped by Lauren who listened to our preferences and provided us with lots of help in making our decision. Lauren was very knowledgeable in all areas helping us choose the right mattress (got to use the Sleepmatch machine!) and bed base. There was no pressure at all, we had time to ourselves to discuss and make our choice. Thanks Lauren and the Dreams team, we are looking forward to our new bed!!

Great choice of beds and the girl who dealt with us aws just brilliant. Went through all the types thay suited my wife amd me, gave us coffee too.very informative very chatty and pleasant. Thank you.

Got the full monthy service using their test bed machine with recommended results, test recommended beds to try by staff (Liz and Baz) and, not least, got a great offer deal. What can I say, I couldn't really sleep on it !
