I was sold the perfect bed for me by your lovely lady (assistant manager) can’t remember her name. She was really helpful in every way. My bed is wonderful and I am now sleeping much better. Thank you so very much lovely lady.

On time careful no fuss

The young lady at dreams knew everything about the mattresses and with her expertise we have luckily had 2 great very comfortable mattresses.
I can't believe we didn't do this some time ago!

Great customer service I have Parkinson’s and the lady was so friendly, patient and helpful helping me on and off the beds and even carried my handbag until we found the right mattress as well as being very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I love my new bed and my mattress and i honestly can say it’s so nice to beable to sleep when you are so so very tired and sometimes in a lot of pain to get into a comfortable bed and actually sleep! So Thankyou to lynne the lady that served me! You’re a star!

The service was outstanding from start to finish! Our in-store experience was great. And the delivery service exceeded expectations - clear communication every step of the way, with timely updates and a phone call on delivery. The delivery team were professional, quick and assembled with care. We are very pleased with our new purchase. An enjoyable experience overall!

Delivery came on time and delivery men very polite and efficient delivering new mattress and taking away old one

From the moment we entered the shop until the new bed was delivered everyone was totally professional. The whole process was very smooth and at no time did we feel pressured into buying anything.

Excellent service from day of purchase to delivery. Staff were respectful and helpful. I had the opportunity of trying out a bed machine to assess my needs.Delivery men were good at keeping us informed and carried out their work competently and swiftly. Product is excellent- just what was required. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dreams again or recommend them to others.
