Dreams experience
Our experience of Dreams can only be rated as 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the welcoming staff in branch to finding the perfect mattress. Easy atmosphere in store and when it came to delivery the delivery men not only phoned to say they were on their way they brought the mattress up stairs and, gave advice on letting the mattress settle before using. Definitely recommend Dreams.

Great service from Neil
Neil at the Southend Airport retail park store was very helpful and polite during our visit. He has extensive knowledge about all of the products in store and helped up come to a final decision in purchasing a new bed frame and mattress. We left the store very happy with the level of service we received from Neil. 10/10

Excellent professional, friendly service
The assistance of Kelly made this experience a great one and would cause me to return to Dreams.
She provided real personal and individual care. She took note of all my needs, used a simulator to work out the best mattress for my requirements and health conditions. There was no hurry and her advice extended to my further questions about purchases to be made when I have moved house.She directed me to a mattress that was the best within my budget. This has proved itself in that I now sleep well with no lower back pain.

We have not bought a bed for many years so it was very reassuring to be taken through all the different types of mattresses and bed frames. The staff were excellent with a vast knowledge of beds to suit our needs. It was a great experience.

5* for Dreams Southend
We were warmly welcomed by Neil as soon as we entered the store and he stayed with us for the duration of our visit. We never once felt pressured to purchase anything not felt persuaded to go to pricier brands or Dreams own brands etc. Neil had amazing knowledge of products, the options that they came with and the finance/ payment options available, he gave us time to ourselves to discuss what we liked and disliked about each mattress, we never felt rushed to make a decision and he answered all of our questions. We entered the store initially just to have a quick look around thinking that mattresses typically take a few months to be delivered but due to the impeccable customer service from Neil we left with 2 brand new pillows and a new mattress which will be delivered in 2 weeks! Much quicker that we originally thought. Neil is an absolute asset to the Southend store and we will definitely be recommending Dreams to friends, family and colleagues and will definitely be a returning customer.
During our visit we also witnessed other members of staff with customers, all of which had fantastic customer service! They were all warm, friendly, approachable and listened to and cared about what the customer wanted rather than just looking for a sale.

Since purchasing our new Dreams bed we have taken to it like ducks to water. Even within the first week we are waking up with less aches and pains and getting a great night's sleep. Also the delivery guys were so helpful. Thank you Dreams.
