We purchased a bed, headboard and mattress from Bentley bridge dreams shop the sales assistant Holly was very friendly and extremely helpful.
On delivery of our bed base the corner had been damaged Holly was contacted she taken the details and advised me to call customer services. Spoken to customers services who requested photos, then informed me that they would get back to me once they had looked into the damage of the corner if the bed. I received a prompt telephone call the following day and my issues was dealt with promptly.

Browsing in store was more helpful than browsing online.
Very helpful staff and not pushy.
Delivery team were great.
And the mattress is wonderful.
Would recommend dreams and will shop there again when needed.

went into store looking for an ottomen divan bed, the friendly shop staff guided us through all the options regarding buying a new frame headboard and mattress, delivery was not too long, delivered and assembled on time by two very helpful guys.

Delivered my mattress on time. Drivers were polite and helpful. The mattress itself is so comfortable. No more aching joints! Thoroughly recommend this mattress for those who prefer a firm mattress.

When I went in store to purchase my bed the men was really helpful by asking if I needed help and were kind helpful and respectful. They help me go through my bed what I purchased with me before a brought it. The man was very kind

The customer service was great, friendly and professional.They were very supportive with helping me to decide on a bed and cut down on my browsing time as everything was explained well to do with both the base and mattress. I got a reduction on the assembly and a free mattress cover with my order. The delivery guys were also great. Professional and friendly, did a great assembly job and tidied up by taking all the packaging with them, also checking to make sure we were happy before they left. They took their shoes off and wore gloves to deliver the bed. I am pleased with my shopping experience at Dreams.

We had already had a bed from dreams many years ago, so it was our 1st place to go visit. James came to us and introduced himself asked if he could help. We asked what the machine regarding which bed ideal for you. By this time we had had a good luck round and decided to try it. We had probably sorted the bed we wanted, but this machine confirmed it for us.
So we tried the 2 beds and decided which one.
We also wanted a base that lifted rather than draws which after showing us a few we made the decision.
So new mattress and base were purchased.
The bed came the lads who fitted it were very good and quick. Making sure the bed was fitted where we wanted it we were reminded about the 40 day cooling off period which is very good. The lads took the old bed and base all sorted and done in about 20mins.
All in all great service from James and the fitting lads too.
