The employee named Angela Teixeira responded almost immediately after I had joined the live chat and very quickly cancelled my order. She also sent me an additional e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order. I could not have asked for a better customer experience. I contacted squared about the sizing of Jeans and the UK equivalent of IT sizing. Arianna Baruffaldi could not have been more helpful. As the jeans do vary in the sizing, there is always the chance of sending back if they do not fit…

I did an order the 14 of March and after 9 days waiting for the order to be dispatched they cancel my order. Worst store ever don't buy here it's better and more cheap to buy outside the store on places they sold this clothes and they don't cancel the order after 9 days. That's B.S.

Ordered sneakers for my husband, horrible quality, when rain came to the shoe - leather line ( camel color ) transfer to the white material , the logo dsquared start to dissapear by itself, noone even touch the shoes, honestly the worst shoes ever …..
and he wore them actually maybe 3-4 times. We were shocked by such a low level of quality for 600$ shoes ….
I wrote the mail to them with attached photos
no reply even . I believe if you buy any cheap shoes for 15$ on sale still you would be much satisfied than this garbage
ps forgot that also shoes giving bad smell

I've been shopping at Dsquared2 online store for years and over the time customer service has improved a lot. My latest experience has been really good, and the agents assisting me with returns and other queries were really helpful and friendly. Yes, the returns do take a while and the parcels sometimes get stuck at Italian customs but they are released eventually. Nobody is perfect and we are all human so be cool and be nice and things will be just fine. Many thanks

As a new customer with Dsquared2.com, I've placed three separate orders on the website. All three orders were shipped express delivery within a matter of two days after placing my orders....that's extremely quickly for the online retail business.
All of my orders were received within two days after they were shipped.
However, there was an issue, with one of my orders, which was split into two shipments, and the company did not inform me that the rest of the order would be shipped later. I tried to communicate with them via their online form, but did not receive any response until after multiple attempts.
Eventually, someone responded, and the rest of my order was shipped out.
Returning items is very easily initiated on the website. Although, I did return one item from an order that contained multiple items, but again, there was a problem....the item arrived in Italy, and remained at the customs for a long period of time....because the company was not responding to requests from DHL to submit paperwork for the release of the returned item.
That was very frustrating for me. Hopefully, this company will learn from these mistakes, and not subject another customer to this kind of agony.
I must mention that the company did give me a 15% discount code towards a future purchase for the problems that I encountered.
More over, although most, if not all of their responses were usually late, (perhaps because of lack of live customer support such as telephone or live chat), they always responded eventually.
I'm giving them five stars for fast transaction processing and free express shipping, as well as their genuine efforts to fix problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
I will more than likely shop on the dsquared2.com website again.
