The package is marked as delivered to my address and under my name, but I did not receive it. I was not handed any package, and no member of my household received it.
I request an investigation with the carrier and proof of the actual recipient. The delivery status is incorrect, and I have not received the item.

Terrible communication and zero notifications.
Horrible service. The courier arrived only once at 9 AM, giving me a mere 20-minute notice. I missed it, but immediately updated my Spanish phone number and address with their customer support. They assured me the information would be passed to the driver.
According to the tracking system, a 2nd and 3rd delivery attempt were made, but I have no idea if they actually happened. I received absolutely zero phone calls, text messages, or emails beforehand. Now they are sending my package back to the origin, claiming they tried to deliver it. Useless customer support and terrible communication.

Absolute joke of a service. Fake delivery attempt.
I have been at my shop all morning waiting for my package and at 10:29 AM I received a notification claiming a "failed delivery because the recipient was not home". This is a complete lie.
Your Saturday working hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, meaning the driver was fully on shift. They come and even didn't bother calling my phone; they simply faked the absence to avoid doing their job before finishing their short weekend shift. The address in Algeciras is perfectly clear. I demand that my package is delivered properly. Stop putting fake updates in the system.

I was informed of the delivery day and I was able to track area by area. The delivery driver was excellent. She called me by telephone to say she was outside my property. She tried to come to the door but the gate was locked. She was friendly, polite and very professional. Thank you to the company ecoscooting for it's custom service and to the individual delivery driver. I know some people say they have not had a similar experience to mine but for me I've had excellent service.

This company is a disgrace. I ordered an item for delivery between the 16-18 of June.
I have corresponded with delivery driver, who said he doesn't deliver to the countryside. I gave him an alternative drop off point in the town near where I live. 5 minutes away. He's not delivered it twice. His excuse, it was closed. He's incompetent.
I find out today that there is another delivery date for the 23 rd of June.
Not good enough.

They never actually attempt to deliver. Packages are marked as delivery attempted and then online says you need to wait for pick up instructions. These instructions never come unless you’re lucky enough to get a response from their customer service before the 10 days is up and they return it. This has now happened to me with 8 packages. No issues with any other delivery service. Avoid using at all costs.

My package has not been delivered. I have checked the neighbours, and it isn't there. The addresses is a beauty salon and my NAME is above the door!!!!! This is the second time delivery has failed. Perhaps the delivery driver could tell me where it is?

Parcel lost in the system?
Delivery was due over a week ago. They updated the status that I had requested a different delivery date, which I hadn't. Then they came 4 days later to deliver a package that wasn't even on the van. Since then it's been out for delivery for the past 3 days yet again, with no delivery being made as yet. Attempted to email for an update to be given a standard response that they will expedite the delivery.

It's been a while, but after 5 packages which they never attempted to deliver last year, I am now "lucky" enough to have two packages at their "last mile" local delivery company. That is to say. The packages are somewhere in a warehouse they will not give the address to, they have not attempted to deliver them for over a week and will probably just sit on them for a month and return them to the sender as they have on previous occasions. The solution was to change to a pick-up point, but they no longer list one that is closer to me than 20km (one way). So, a lot of wasted time, no products and it will take me another 4 weeks and endless hours with customer service bots and clowns to get my purchases refunded. Anyone with ecoscooting belongs in jail, happy to join any class action lawsuit against them to put an end to their corrupt practices.
Update 17/06. This is simply laughable. A response prompting me to reach out to customer services. I have done so, repeatedly. I've chatted, sent emails and called them. All I get is that they regret the situation and will prioritise delivery. After which, NOTHING. What a waste of time.
