I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent delivery experience with your company. The delivery man marked the order as "Delivered" without actually delivering the product to me. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the security and reliability of your delivery process.
I did not receive the product, nor was I contacted or asked to provide any verification or security pin to confirm the delivery. I believe it's essential to have a secure delivery process, including a security pin or phone call, to ensure that products are delivered to the correct person.

The carrier did not even try to contact me, and left parcel "in front of the elevator". Since when do we leave a parcel in front of an elevator without telling the customer about it previously ? I was at home, it makes it even worst.

Absolutely awful delivery company
Absolutely awful delivery company. Used by TEMU (I have slso nailed TEMU not to use this delivery comoany again or they will lose my custom).
Failed to deliver to my chosen address. Gave them another address where they have delivered before and still failed to deliver. Now items being sent back to China!
There app is useless. I tried looking for a delivery point and it does not work. They fail to answer emails also!
Stay away from this company if you want anything delivered.

My package never arrived but the delivery person left a proof of delivery notice that was signed with my name. The delivery address I gave was a postal service at a business address in town. They said this fraudulent service was common with Eco Scooting. NOT to be trusted to deliver!!

Terrible
Terrible. Didn't try calling to see if anyone was home, which my sister was all day, and the parcel somehow says deliver successfully to "Caixa de Correio". I know that's the postal box, but which one? Clearly it ain't mine because the only things that fit there are letters. And there are two post offices in my area, the main one is 25 minutes away and a smaller one in the supermarket 5 minutes away, but it doesn't specify which.
I specifically chose door delivery because I knew someone was going to be home, and the couriers are supposed to give a quick call just before they're near, but then this bloody thing happens.
I expect the company to tell me where my parcel post haste.
