When you complain about something they tell you a fairy tale to get rid of you and promise to keep in touch by e-mail. You can reply how much you want, an answer never comes.

Order before x-time today for delivery tomorrow. And tomorrow the delivery is promised tomorrow and the next day again and so on..
Ordered pet food (3 large plastic bags) which was not delivered at the indicated time. Contacted eMag, the product is damaged and can't be delivered. ( how the h.. you damage 3 bags of petfood at the same time? you sort with knives?)
eMag suggested to place a new order (at a price that was more than DOUBLE!)
When asking for photo proof, surprise surprise, the bags were not damaged at all and showed up (without any contact from eMag) in the easybox.
The only plus from eMag is their Wallet system that let's you pay in 30 days or 4 installments with (almost) no extra cost.

I am a regular customer...sorry, let me rephrase: I was a loyal customer.... I promised I would not spend a dime at EMAG. The last order was a disaster, and I still didn't receive the items that were missing. They called in the end, apologizing and mentioning they will send the missing items; BS, nothing happened; it's been a month. I am done with this company. You lost another customer. There are other companies that know how to respect their customers; you are not one of them. I will cancel my account, and I will never buy anything from EMAG ever again.

Defective product
Defective product, paid installation wasted, three companies shifting the blame.
Product purchased from PC Garage via eMAG, with installation by Depanero. The installation was delayed. At the first startup, Depanero found that the product was defective (official report). After confirming the defect, they dismantled it, even though the installation had already been paid for.
eMAG, Depanero, and PC Garage refuse to issue a refund and keep passing responsibility between each other. Zero respect for the customer. Avoid.

eMag The Truth it Hurts
I on the 7th Jan was asked for a review on a camera so i compiled a review on the Truth which was rejected. My reply :- The supplied camera failed was returned under seller warranty, failure was accepted i had a choice of cash refund or voucher i went with the latter. I could not order an exchange replacement on line as it was treated as a second purchase which commanded a HIGHER PRICE which i had to pay. the replacement is excellent. eMAG ARE SELECTIVE ABOUT PUBLISHING TRUTHFUL REVIEWS. (ps the reply also mentioned i could take it up with the internal complaint handling system) also (Communications Regulation Commission)

If you pay Genius (same/next day delivery) the products still don't arrive. i have a 10 day pending package still in courier's deposit (Sameday curier, which is bought by emag)

I placed an order and expected it to be delivered by this date. When i went to check the status of my order i was met by only my payment being accepted, no other information. The support is useless... After waiting for 30 minutes for an agent to connect, they told me what I already understood by my own checks... that the order is not delivered yet...really helpful. Emag has the worst customer service ever. It didn't use to be like this. I have an issue that could have been solved within 5 minutes with a phone call. Instead after messaging with their AI and then a human representative, instead of a solution I got now another issue

Communication with the customer leaves something to be desired. It is not normal, no matter how active the subscription renewal option is, to withdraw money without permission.
It is normal to ask for consent before withdrawing money from the account.
Since it is a small amount, 99 RON, you are only informed that you have paid and there is nothing you can do about it.
The Genius service is not justified, as most deliveries do not benefit from Genius... (at least for my orders).

Very disappointing after-sales support from eMAG for a premium product
I have been a loyal eMAG customer for years, but my latest experience with their service process has been extremely disappointing and far below what I expected — especially given the premium category of the product involved.
I submitted a Dyson device to eMAG 2 days before its warranty expired, yet the communication I received from them was contradictory from the very beginning. First, I was told the product was no longer covered by warranty, then later that it was not defective but needed a “cleaning,” and at one point that if the same issue reappeared, it would no longer be accepted under warranty. These inconsistencies created unnecessary confusion and frustration.
The biggest problem, however, was the delay.
I handed over the product on 8 November, and the first update claiming the issue was “resolved” came only on 28 November — well beyond the 15-day legal timeframe for repairs. eMAG did not offer any explanation for this delay, nor did they acknowledge that the legal deadline had been exceeded.
When I finally received the so-called service report, it was incomplete and unhelpful. There was no diagnosis, no explanation of the root cause, no testing details, and no confirmation that the actual problem had been addressed. My original issue — the device shutting off after 1–2 minutes or failing to turn on at all — was never mentioned. The only action documented was a basic cleaning, which does not qualify as a proper technical resolution.
What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency and ownership from eMAG throughout the entire process. Each time I asked for clarification, I received a slightly different answer. Instead of a clear and professional service experience, I was left with confusion and the sense that the case was handled superficially.
Given the premium nature of the product and the trust I had in eMAG, I expected a higher level of professionalism, accurate communication, and respect for legal timelines. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously diminished my confidence in eMAG’s after-sales support.
For anyone purchasing higher-value items, I would advise caution — the service process is far from what a premium customer should expect.
