Always working, love how it checks any inserted item, like thumb drives for potential problems.

With ESET I have the security I need at this time.
So far it is working out okay.

I feel very comfortable knowing that ESET is watching over me. I appreciate receiving warnings that some websites may be unsafe.

Hello. Overall, I have been a satisfied ESET customer. However, I am disappointed at the much higher renewal subscription fees for your products. The cost increased to such a level, I needed to renew with a purchase of your lower level, basic programs. For several weeks after installation of the renewal, I received warning notices that my subscription expired, I was not protected, and I needed to renew. Eventually, I received notification that I needed to further install the security program. Once I completed this, the warning notices reduced in number. They now state how I should upgrade to get more security, etc.
As a longtime customer of your product, this latest renewal experience was unpleasant. Thank you for the opportunity to provide you feedback. PL

ESET, for me, is the best anti-virus protector for your computer. You can rely on it to protect your computer from all the threats than you could encounter on the internet. It is very reliable, and does not slow down your computer.

I bought a new Mac Air and the retailer recommended ESET...
when I got home and downloaded Firefox as my browser I could not log into my facebook account.
After an hour of investigation I discovered that ESET was blocking my log in attempts. so i deactivated it

Good product, good service response, and fair pricing structure all the things I look for when selecting a vendor/manufacture to support my needs. Still going strong after more than a decade.

I appreciate ESET. I have subscribed to ESET on and off for over 15 years. I rave to my friends about ESET and how it keeps my computer safe.
However, when I started ESET was $59 for 2 devices. It is now &91 plus. That’s is a family of 4’s grocery money for the week.
I am good till Jul 2027. I shall look for more economical options. $91 in this life we are in could fill up someone’s SUV.
Thank you for being a great protection but it is becoming very unaffordable!

I love having only one master password to enter, but it would be even better to have LastPass on my Ipad in addition to my home PC.
