SMall and mighty
I started using ESET because it had the smallest memory footprint with Microsoft Flight Simulator. I have come to rely on it for everything. I do a lot of browsing and occasionally bump into dangerous sites - ESET has had my back and warned me. I have had no issues with it interfering with anything I do.

ESET appears to work flawlessly
ESET appears to work flawlessly. Always in the background, I don't even know it is there most of the time. I do have a sense of security knowing I have one of the very best antivirus programs out there. I read one review that had 4 stars and then a Norton pop emerged on my screen. Shameful.

Do NOT renew your subscription until…
07/14/26 update: received the notification that they replied to my previous review, or suggesting that I reach out to their billing support department....thing is, that's who I initially reached out to, the male rep that I spoke to twice, was Andre, who told me both times that our current subscription was good for 1095 days (instead of 1100 days) and our subscription shouldn't end until 7/5/29. Like I said, I filled out a form under "other billing questions" and sent screenshots to back up everything. So tell me why NO ONE has responded to me yet... coming up to 3 weeks now. Obviously customer service is not a strong suit. we'll see if they ever do right and respond to confirm when our subscription should end...how hard could that be?
Do NOT renew your subscription until the day it ends! We paid ours 5 days before it was about to end, and according to their site, the additional days should have been added on to our current subscription, but when I spoke to their customer service agent, that was not the case. It's only 5 days, but 5 days none the less. I filled out a form and provided all of our information and its been almost a month and no response back. Called and spoke to a male representative, who kept me on "hold" for sometime, but I'm pretty sure I was just muted, because he was frustrated. In the end, they did NOT do right by the customer. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Will submit another request and see what happens, but won't hold my breathe on it.

After I ordered a three year subscription, I was unable to easily cancel the automatic renewal feature. It should be easier to cancel this feature. NOT HAPPY!!
