This site is a scam, sending inferior/fraudulent products from China then only offering a refund if you send back to China at your own expense. They shouldn't be able to get away with this.

I have been robed. This is pure fraud. It would be great if these people could be caught and put in jail. Karma of the worst kind will be on them.

This company is awful. I ordered jeans in early June. 6 weeks later they have not been delivered. There is no way to contact them.

I purchased jeans, tried to cancel 5min after purchase I was told they had already shipped. Took weeks to receive. Asked for a refund, they refused. Do not purchase from this company. They're dishonest!
Lesson learned.

My jeans arrived 7 weeks after purchase with a stain on them and the customer service team told me that the warehouse inspection found no faults!

Products are nothing like advertised. Zips when they are advertised without zips. Different colour stitching. Different hem. Rubbish quality materials. Smells bad. Customer service terrible. Kept repeating that my order was correct despite sending photos of the item received

As with others who posted recent reviews, I found out before the item was shipped that this was a scam company based in China selling a knock-off of an American product. They refused to cancel the order even when I contacted them within 24 hours of my purchase and made me wait several weeks for the item to arrive. When it arrived, it was made of terrible materials and didn't fit properly, even though I followed the size guide. They offered me first a $10 and then a $15 refund and repeatedly tried to discourage me from returning the package, which I had spent close to $100 on. I had to escalate the case to a claim with PayPal, which is still in process. I am having some back-and-forth with PayPal at this time to get a phone number for the package to be able to clear customs so that I can process my refund, but they are only giving me until July 10 to do so. It being a holiday weekend in America, this has also given me some difficulty in being able to communicate with PayPal customer service. One of the representatives told me that I should speak with the vendor directly to get this piece of contact information -- I responded that if the vendor had been cooperative in the first place, I would not have needed PayPal to mediate the resolution in this way. Now, I am waiting for a response from PayPal so that I can finish setting up this shipping label and hopefully get this issue behind me for good.

Do not buy there! 1st they hid the good are coming from abroad, 2nd they did not cancel my order even though I´ve wrote them 2 min after the order 3rd they do not want to accept the return even though the have to by law!

Don't order from this company. They refuse to do returns. I ordered two pairs to find the right size, neither fit so I asked how to return them. They refused saying that they had shipped me what I had ordered. This is a total scam, don't order anything from them.

Well, I've learned my lesson. I will always visit Trustpilot before purchasing anything online. I purchased pants in May from Exercisek. It's now two months later and still no pants. In addition, they charged my PayPal account more than the emailed receipt As with all other reviews, their service department requested "I be patient" when I emailed my frustrations after one month. I will be working with PayPay to get a complete refund and see if there's any way to ban Exercisek's ability to use PayPal to dupe unsuspecting (somewhat naive) consumers like myself.

Just a SCAM. Careful I will like to know where I can report the store.

Stay away from this company. I placed an order over 60 days ago and still haven’t received items. Just keep getting told “it’s held up in customs”
Or “the shipping company made a mistake”. They refuse to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Note to review… Jeans finally arrived 7 weeks after purchase. Small sizing so don’t fit. And have a zip when they are supposed to pull on. Still not happy 😏DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! This is absolutely a scam site. Do not buy from them. I purchased items and received messages every 2-3 days letting me know progress. It got to Australian shores which happened to coincide with their last payment and now nothing. The dregs of society 😞

Awful company. Customer service was a joke. Order place april 29. Product recieved June 28. Kept telling me to be patient and tracking was not possible. Product revived was nothing like order. Shown as no zipper, product shipped has zipper which ripped off first use. No reason for this coming to exist or be allowed to exist.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting seven weeks with no communication, my jeans arrived. Cheap material and they don’t fit. They refuse to refund stating that the order is correct. Their return policy does not state that the only returns accepted are for incorrectly shipped orders. This company should not be allowed to do business in the United States.

Terrible product, terrible customer service. I know their pants are inexpensive but they are really terrible quality. The sizing is wildly off and fit is unflattering but more than that is the horrible quality. The zippers they use do not work and even when the pants are too big and break. They refused to let me return the pants so I tried to wear one pair and the zipper split open within an hour of wearing it. Luckily I was close to stores where I could run in and buy an emergency pair of pants. Then they tried to bargain with me and offer me $10 USD, then $13 USD rather than refund my money for cheap clothing that is absolutely unwearable. Literally had to throw the pants away. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

After reading all the reviews, it is safe to say that I have been scammed. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in May and it hasn’t arrived. Also got an email telling me to “be patient” when i reached out to their customer service.
Apart from Exercisek, please do not order from Coverfrot, they are also scammers!
Hope someone can do something to shut down these businesses!

I ordered 2 pants 6 weeks ago until now I haven’t receive them yet . Somehow my parcel got stock in Quebec since 3rd of June .

Item ordered 2 May and still not received 21 June. Their regurgitated apology emails advising me to be patient were robotic and pathetic.
Courier updates were also completely unbelievable. I had received an email update saying it had cleared Customs then it was in Mandurah WA then in Townsville QLD, then in Tasmania...then apologies again as it was in Customs waiting to be cleared.
But if I paid more money then they would expedite my delivery.
I claimed money back through PayPal.

Absolute SCAM. Do not buy from this company. I made the mistake of buying 2 pairs of pants while insomnia surfing Instagram one night. First, they overcharged my credit card by about 30-40%. When I called them out on it, they tried blaming it on the conversion rate (I’m in Canada), yet my credit card statement listed exactly what was charged in USD…way more than what my receipt said. I told them I wanted to cancel, they shipped anyways. Fast forward 2 calendar months (!) and the pants finally arrived. I knew I no longer wanted them but for s**ts and giggles I tried them on anyways. Terrible fit, cheap material. I contacted them the day they arrived about wanting to return/refund. They have a 14-day return/refund policy on their site posted. They made me jump through hoops…I needed to send them photos of the QR codes on the packaging. I did so and their response was “We sent you the right items, too bad. Give them to someone else.” Every day I’d reply and every night I get some other ridiculous response back. “It’d be very expensive for you to send them back.” “We will give you $4.” “You have no right to a return since we sent you the right items.” “We will give you $6.” I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company in the end. I can’t be bothered with these people anymore. But word of caution, they are shady as heck, quality is trash, and you will be scammed. Coincidentally (or not), my credit card was defrauded after I purchased from them. Stay very far away!!
