Zero stars if I could. I ordered on May 2 and it is June 15 and I still have not received anything. Now that I see these reviews, i'm realizing it has been a scam. DO NOT TRUST them!!!

i ordered xl got 3xl these were suppose to be Oprea pants (NOT) very pissed

Ordered two pairs of pants. Initially they overcharged me by about $60 and only gave me $20 back from that over charge. They refused to cancel the order. I received the order and the white pants were see-through and the zipper was broken neither pairs of pants gave the support and compression that was promised, and the stitching was terrible! Photo attached. Absolutely do not order from this company.

SCAM - don’t order from these people. Rip off - probably Chinese, copies of what look like nice jeans on adverts on Facebook being pushed out by multiple companies with different names all using the exact same photos and videos of satisfied customers.
Took nearly six weeks to come. I didn’t notice at first that they were different to the ones advertised ( narrower waistband / belt loops, cheap stitching, narrower hems.
I’d ordered two pairs of ecru ( one large and one medium ) and two pairs of blue, one large and one medium.
The medium sort of fit but were on the large side, but the ecru medium ones had a narrower straight leg ( were not wide leg at all - I measured them next to the bottoms of the large ecru ones and the width at the bottoms was a full two inches narrower than on the large ones.
I contacted customer services to request returns labels and their address because I wanted to return the two large pairs for a refund ( or exchange ), and ask for them to send me another pair of medium ecru ones with wide legs not straight legs. I had to contact them by email ( of course there’s no phone number to ever actually speak to someone ), and they told me there’s no exchanges or returns because of size issues. That they had correctly sent me what I’d ordered and so there would be no refunds.

They advised me to give them away to friends.

When I insisted I wanted a reimbursement for the two large pairs, they failed to send me return labels or an address, and said that if I wanted to proceed with a refund, quote “ it would take a very long time to be refunded.”

I sent them another email saying to please send me returns labels and an address to return the goods to, and I said that they had to refund me because it was not only an issue of wrong sizes, but also mis-selling, because the jeans were different to the ones in the photos of their advert ( and I sent them photos from their adverts and of the jeans I received so you could clearly see the differences ),

They sent me another response saying “ Sorry you’ve had such a bad experience of shopping with us, I think you can give them away to friends and they will like them”.

Clearly they’re a scam company ripping off photos from a genuinely good company and shipping cheap fakes, and they are depending on the fact that most people can’t be bothered to go through the hassle of trying and failing to reclaim their money.

I should have checked Trustpilot which I normally do. I ordered a pair of jeans that I spotted advertised on Insta. That was April and they still haven't arrived. The tracking just states "in transit" without any details. I cannot get anyone to properly reply and inform me of a date of delivery or how I can get a refund.

Do not buy from this site.

Update 22 June - jeans never arrived. I emailed them a couple of times and got the same reply. "These have been delivered by dispatcher. Check with your family and neighbours.' They haven't been delivered. There's no proof of delivery provided. I have zero issues with deliveries the rest of the time. My family and neighbours do not take stuff and not tell me. A complete scam. I've also seen the same jeans and ad elsewhere in social media under a different company name. Again - scam site. Avoid.

when credit card receipt came through - it was more than the order. they do not answer emails or "online chat". DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

ordered pants 3Xl, after 6 weeks received pants XL. Contacted customer services and they did respond. Sent photos but their claim: the size they send was correct.
They offered me 4 dollars return and yes I could send back but that would cost a lot. And I could sell the pants I received.
Very bad customer service, never again.
They can keep their 4 dollars

After waiting for three months, I still haven't received the package I ordered. Additionally, I have not received any response from the customer service email despite reaching out to them multiple times. In my opinion, this company is engaging in fraudulent activities. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this website. It is a complete SCAM.

Waited over 6 weeks for the product to be delivered. Not notice of delivery delay provided. Don't order!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. Trousers took 2 months to arrive, were so short and small, they came up to my knees. sizing on the website is completely inaccurate. Return policy is a lie - they will not issue returns for their faulty merchandise. this place needs to be shut down.

The worst quality ever and worst customer service.
They will not take product back even with original packaging.
Do not buy!!!

BEWARE of deceptive pricing …products advertised clearly in AU$ are charged in US$ almost doubling the cost.. also they won’t accept or provide an address for refunds!!!!!

I order a pair of trousers that don’t fit me. I tried to understand how I could return them and was advised that the best was to give the trousers to a friend. this company has no return or reimbursement policy! They even explained that they could refund me of 3 USD if I decided to return the trousers to the warehouse at my expenses- given that the warehouse is in china and the shipping would be at my cost it doesn’t seem realistic!
I fail to understand how a company can operate like this - no refund or reimbursement policy and with zero customer focus!
Might not be a scam but it ends up being one!

Currently in an open case with PayPal.
Ordered pants which are now no longer on their website but found the exact same photos on another website.
Pants arrived and my beige pants were transparent, my underwear could be seen, pocket outlines could be seen, the hook has three threads on it, like I went to buy the cheapest hook I could find and sewn it on myself.
Sent an email complaint, and they offered $5 USD Compensation and said shipping would be too expensive for me. Then I escalated it and they offered $6 USD. I spent ~$73USD for pants that I am not able to wear out. My fault for not googling the website but they are out to take your money with their great ads and photos taken from elsewhere. Some other websites like My Comfy Pants or others use the exact same photos that I saw on Exercisek.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Advertised as loved by 11,000 people. People probably could not be bothered to write a review, or get their money back. But I am.

their products were advertised to me through Instagram and I was unfortunately scammed by their false "good comments" on their webpage. The pants I received were very bad quality with the seams awful. In addition, 30 USD each! a total scam for their bad quality products. I have reached out to their customer service for a return and refund, and have not received any reply (it has been almost a week).
Stay away from them!
