I'm sorry to hear you feel this way.
I can understand your frustration if you feel that parts of the service are restricted unless you take out a subscription, especially when you can access credit information through other providers.
You can still access your Experian credit report and score with a free Experian account, and you're also entitled to request a statutory credit report free of charge. Some additional features and insights are included as part of our paid memberships, but we appreciate that these won't be the right fit for everyone.

Helps keep me on track financially
Experian gives me the confidence to know I'm on the right track financially, and doing all I can to keep my credit score healthy. The app is simple to use (I use the free version) and I highly recommend it.

The Experian website makes it very easy to see if you can gain access to credit based on your credit score. I especially liked the Guaranteed Amount feature, which showed upfront how much I could borrow on a credit card.

I pay every month 15£ but they do nothing. A company made hard credit check on behalf me without my permission. My credit score went down and spoke to Experian they said we will sort it out. But they don't do anything. They take money for nothig. Wasting money

While we can help investigate disputed searches and raise queries with the organisation that recorded them, we can't remove information from a credit report without the agreement of the company that carried out the search. If they confirm that a search should be removed, we'll update our records as soon as we receive their instructions.

I was/am the victim of fraud
I was/am the victim of fraud- as two accounts were opened in my name , without my knowledge. This led to some embarassment and concern, but Experians agents were quickly onto my issue and it appears to be under control .
I was impressed.
