Took my car in for service on 27th June…
Took my car in for service on 27th June this year, they didn't tighten the sump plug after the oil change, car has leaked oil lately, took it in today to find that the sump plug was only holding on by 3 threads, if this had come out as I was driving it would have caused catastrophic damage to the engine.... not happy!

Matt and Luke were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their friendliness and professionalism made the whole experience stress‑free, and their customer care is genuinely second to none. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout, and made sure I felt fully supported with my car issues.
It’s rare to find a team who combine great technical knowledge with such genuine kindness and customer focus, but Matt and Luke do exactly that. I left feeling confident, reassured, and really valued as a customer.

Would never recommend Formular One Chatham, was told wrong information that cost me more money and they just fobbed it off!!

Awful experience
One of the most poorest advertisements for any business I’ve ever witnessed. Was pre booked a time for 2 tyres to be fitted. Total time waiting, 2 hours.
Were at least 6 staff in the fitting area, just shouting swearing, throwing tyres at each other and generally messing about.
Heard the phone ring 3 times and be ignored, the staff just shouted “phone” at each other. In the 2 hours I was there I saw a total of 6 tyres fitted on 2 cars, the other person had been there 1 hour before me, and he said if it was his business he’d sack them all.
They were like school kids when a teacher had left the classroom. Had to trust them to put 2 tyres on my car when in reality I wouldn’t trust them to blow up a balloon. Have previously used this branch a few times but never ever again.

Everything was straight forward
Everything was straight forward, and simple, until I wanted to add tracking, where it became more difficult, and I left it until I get there. Certainly more comprehensive than many and easier to use

If I could give zero stars I would…
If I could give zero stars I would have. What an absolute shower this company is. Booked an appointment for 1.45for two tyres £276 for the pair, I arrived at 1.30 and was told it won’t be long but they would not be able to do the alignment check due to a car on the ramp and I would need to go back another day.So I went for a walk in Hinckley and got back at 2.15 and I thought the car was done. I sat in reception till 2.25 , I asked if the car was done and the exhaust man said he didn’t know so another guy who was also there went to enquire. He came back and said they were going to do it now. I was absolutely fuming been there an hour another even touched the car at which point I said refund my credit card I will go elsewhere. I left there at 2.45 a complete joke.
