Great Customer Service

I used the online chat service to amend my email address. Andile responded quickly and politely, and made the process really easy.

Very Supportive Help Desk

A very helpful adviser

The agent who guided me through the different steps of the operation was extremely helpful and patient. He took care to let me work through the sections on the app at my pace and was very reassuring. He could answer all my questions clearly and knowledgeably. I was able to reactivate the account and top up the card thanks to his help.

Rapid Response to Customer Support Email

I had a problem making a specific payment for two days and sent an email to customer support asking why. I received a reply certainly within two hours telling me what went wrong and how to rectify the problem. I was so very surprised to get a reply so quickly having not had replies from another organisation for weeks. The person who sorted out my problem so quickly is Philani Mthombeni, thanks again for your prompt and helpful reply - excellant service!!!!

The telephone conversation was excellent.

The telephone conversation was conducted with quiet professionalism and attention to detail. The courteous manner of Nontokozo Shabangu (Penelope) was a joy to experience and in marked contrast to the majority of telephone conversations I have participated in over the last year or two with other organisations.

Very simple to action some changes via live chat, took approx 5 mins with Nontokozo who was efficient throughout. I’ve always had a great experience with the company, have been with them many years and have no intention of changing.
