Great PCs for a reasonable price
If you look at the specs of Fønix's pre built PCs, they are consistently better than equivalently priced computers in other electronic stores in DK. I had 0 problems with the delivery either.

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't pleased with delivery time compared to the information we provide about it.
If you have received your order then it it seems the delivery time is normal though.
Have you NOT yet received your order then something must be going on with those who are delivering it, which we, sadly, have no influence on. Once we have sent an order it is simply outside our jurisdiction.

Great service and product support, easy ordering
The buying process was quick and easy and had top quality components and really fair prices. Once I ordered, they had a follow up question and then implemented a small side request I had. Each time I reached out with a question on timing etc. they provided really rapid responses and were very friendly and easy to engage with. PC arrived and booted perfectly. Has been exactly as ordered and all around a very positive experience. Really top notch.

I was a bit annoyed when I bought a product that appeared in stock, with a pickup in store, and found out that I could only pick it up a week later. The local service was excellent and very friendly. They have good prices on some products.

Got everything Prior the expected the delivery time.
I ordered a PC cases which had an expected delivery dates of a weeks and a half. understandable due to the size and the weight of the components. However, I got my delivery two days after order, which is a very nice surprise.
