Your computer system sucks but your…

Your computer system sucks but your customer service people are great and that's the only reason I was finally able to place my order after 5 tries. My bank was approving it but your system kept rejecting it. Your lucky you have good people.

At Felix Chien we pride ourselves on offering the best quality product for you and your furry friends! With that because we partner with direct manufactures we have little control over the lead time it takes for a product to get to you! We do try our best to display that information accordingly on the product listings for each item, in this case this item does unfortunately take up to 2 weeks to get to customers.
Most manufactures are made to order based on the orders coming in, there for the lead time because they do not hold stock. At Felix Chien we are always striving to improve our speed times with the manufactures and will continue to do so! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
