It would have been helpful to have the…

It would have been helpful to have the specifics of the crates (which model) listed on the crate cover selection page. I knew which crate I wanted, and wasn’t sure if that was the one I’d get unless I ordered them separately. Chat response was a little slow, but very helpful. Can’t wait to get my new crate and cover!

I received an opened

I received an opened, used, dirty and stained with yellow markings, dog crate cover. Very disappointed. Took too long to receive also.

Perfect!

The crate cover and mattress arrived in a timely fashion and are absolutely beautiful! The fabric is decorator quality and it’s very well tailored. It’s fits the crate we have perfectly, and the best part is that our dog loves it! I find him napping on his cozy crate mattress all the time!

Great product.

Arrived early. Looks and fit great. Very well made. The color was exactly like the pictures on the website. Would recommend buying it.

Awful company

Awful company. Will NEVER order from them again. They waited 4 days to tell me that the item I ordered and that they took money for, no longer existed. Bad company practices! Never again!

your phone service terrible, and you do not have sufficient customer service.

your phone service terrible. if you have such a large website you should have customer service reps all of the time. also, when one calls they do not hear felix chien but rather some marketing name.

i do not wish to do any business with you.
