The fabric is really soft and nice. The cushion/bed insert is extra firm. Overall we are really happy with it, I just wish I could also roll up the sides, at least partially, so my dog had a tiny bit more visibility.

Well worth the wait!!! Beautiful bed for our Frenchie. Well constructed and very soft. Would not hesitate to order again from this company!

Excellent quality products. Took about a week to receive the crate and two weeks to receive the crate cover and crate pad. Very well made. Would order from them in the future.

I am impressed by so much! First, the product is excellent! Nice leather with gorgeous "bling". Also, the product shipped SO fast, I was amazed! Excellent company! Wonderful service! I couldn't ask for more (except maybe you lower your shipping prices cuz I paid $10.00 to ship a very lightweight item), but other than that, it's 2 thumbs up from this customer!

Not only was I satisfied with the bed & the delivery time but when I had to call with a question when making the purchase online, the individual was extremely friendly & helpful.

Shortly after placing my order I received an email informing me that the items I ordered could not be returned. I found this annoying since at least one of the items was clearly not custom in anyway (standard dog crate) and since the cover I also ordered fits a standard size crate I don't get what is so custom about that either but I decided not to cancel the order. I don't normally do business with companies that do not offer stellar customer service but ok...I figured I'd go with it. I received part of the order, the dog crate, but the cover I ordered never arrived! And now I received an email asking me to review the items?! I don't know...too much drama for a simple purchase. I wouldn't do business with this company again.

I love the colors of the collar. From the pic I thought it would be made of tougher material other than plastic. But, I am happy with the purchase.

We are so pleased with our purchase. The crate mattress and crate cover were made with high quality materials. Our puppy loves it and it looks fabulous in our room. We just need a matcing pillow now! :)

Very professional. I ordered crate covers and dod beds in different sizes. They called and inquired if it is a mistake. I explained The crate covers and bedding they sell didn't exactly match our crates. They offered to custom make them.

I received a bow tie and it was cute, but extremely poor quality, perhaps you should seek better quality product. The fabric is super cheap.
