I have had nothing but problems in resolving what should be a simple issue with my GAZCO RIVA VISION fire purchased through Firesonline.

The lid to the fire doesn't sit on it neatly. The first lid sent with the fire is
rocking and the second lid is too tight and doesn't sit at all.
I have been discussing it with Firesonline and with GASCO who want to charge me for an engineer visit, even though they acknowledge the lid is faulty!!

Company was very good to deal with but timed delivery slots would be easier, waiting in all day for deliveries is not what convenience and online shopping is about. Courier company had their own issues but the product was very good.

We recently purchased a Gazco Gas Stove from Firesonline and I was delighted with the service I received. Not only was the advisor who took my call extremely helpful but also the speed on the delivery which was the following day where most other companies told me it would take up to 4 weeks.

I’m very pleased with my Stockton 4 multi fuel stove. Saved so much money buying it from firesonline and having it fitted instead of buying from a company that supply’s and fits the stove for you. You get a free flue, gloves and register plate as well.

Great customer service as we ordered the wrong stove! No issue with changin and delivery. Definitely recommend them.
