Booked delivery for the woodburner only to find out from the delivery driver the service is only curbside delivery. So I am stuck with a £1000, 150kg woodburner on the pavement and no idea how to get it in my house. When I spoke to firesonline they said it is only a curbside service and this information is in the confirmation email. I checked the email for this and that info is not there. I asked them how they expect someone to get a 150kg item into their house they didn't have an answer, nor seemed to care.
So my advice; go with a company that will actually get the woodburner in your home.

Excellent advice on telephone, very prompt delivery of items ordered.
The postage seemed a little excessive but I did receive the items 2 days later although I was not in urgent need of the spare parts.

Nothing was any trouble, advice was given with good explanation as to why I needed a product and how it would help with my installation needs. The whole order and delivery process was 1st class.
