The customer service is quick and helpful. The shipping is clear and the warehouse distribution perfect. The quality of the models is extraordinair. I would totally recommend this to friends.

Their exclusive editions are just not worth it, at all. If there is damage to your figure, prepare to wait months for a replacement, and hope that replacement is not broken too. I have ordered four times from them and out of the four I received two broken figures and one broken box with the seal not intact upon arrival with a figure with very poor quality control. I had to smash the two figures to pieces and record it, I’m still waiting for the second replacement (I ordered this figure all the way back in December 2021). Their quality control is not the best, sloppy paint and misaligned glued parts. On top of that you also pay €45 (!) for shipping to Europe, which is extremely expensive for surface shipping. There is almost no point in saying you have an European warehouse so there’s no additional fees if the shipping is already that high of a price. The boxes are not well protected (no bubble wrap, no paper to fill in the gaps, just pieces of foam around each corner which obviously doesn’t work that well seeing the many broken statues being smashed on YouTube, reading comments on MFC as well as my own experience with it). I would just recommend buying the standard editions at retail stores rather than buying figures directly from them overseas because this is just not a fun experience as a customer. It’s way cheaper because you do not pay the high shipping fee and also way more convenient to return if defect since you don’t have to smash stuff and then wait for months.

Their exclusive editions are always beautiful. They come packed in several layers of protection to keep them safe in transit. Their payment plans are super helpful. And their shipping time is faster than most of their competitors.

The figures are just fantastic the fact theres many ways to pay and even if you need more time or change your mind they can help with anything especially love my shadow the hedgehog ones

The company makes excellent quality figures that always draw attention. Their staff also manages a social media group page on Facebook that is kind and makes you feel cared for.

The Nito statue overall is great but there are little details that need to be done better.
1- the wig.. Simply the wig..
2- the "guide" is difficult to follow
3- the battery in the box should be easier to find.

I received my pyramid head statue. Few days ago. All in prestine condition besides some few bumps on the boxes but that's shipping handling for ya.🙈

Hoping for more silent hill sculptures later on.

First4figures produce nothing but AMAZING quality statues. I’ve bought 7 from them and they are absolutely incredible. They really take the time to get every detail perfect and make sure they are 100% packaged secure so they arrive safely. I can guarantee I will be buying more in the future.

Some of the best quality resin statues and collectable pvc figures! Wide range of character series from games to animes. Great rewards program. Amazing and friendly community. Thanks to having multiple warehouses in a few countries the shipping costs and import fees are not a stress they put on some of their clients. They provide continuous and trackable updates for the products during production period and shipping. I really look forward to seeing this company flourish and grow!!!!

This is my first statue from F4F and was worth the wait, the statue is amazing in detail and nice touch for any collector/gamer to have no matter what version you buy.

However mine came with a flaw on the base and very uncomfortable being told to destroy the entire statue just to get a replacement base even though the body of the statue is perfectly fine and detachable!
I rather live with a flawed base I will no longer light up then destroy all of it when only 1 part needs replacing.
However CS was understanding and nice to offer credit for future statues so thank you~

In future I will stay away from buying the light-up versions as their statues are still worth keeping an eye on and supporting.

First4Figures is without a doubt the best company I have ever dealt with. The products are incredible. There is a huge variety for game and anime lovers, and the quality is amazing. Delivery is typically slow, but that is not a criticism, due to the production time and then the delivery by boat from China. However the packaging is definitely second to none. All products come with their own beautiful artwork box, and are then put into an outer box. 8 foam corners are then placed around it, and then this is put into yet another box, to ensure there is a good two inch gap between each box. Not to mention, the original art box is also wrapped in a large plastic bag, to protect it from any moisture/water that could possibly appear from any “poor” delivery experience. My favourite part of this company is without a doubt the community. On FB they have the First4Figures Official Collectors Club, a private page of over 100,000 members who share photos, discuss the products, and generally enjoy appreciating statues and figures with each other. The staff of First4Figures are also in the group, including one of the CEOs, Alex, of which all are very active within it, suggesting ideas for future products, asking for and listening to feedback, as well as creating quizzes, challenges and live streams, to help build interaction with its members, as well as provide answers to questions, product knowledge and general help and info. It may sound cringey, but First4Figures is far more than just a company, and as an incredibly repetitive customer, I feel very proud to be a part of the community that they have built.

Amazing company that creates amazing products from a wide variety of video games and anime licenses! The products are always top quality, customer service is very helpful, and even the owner listens to his audience for anything they suggest that may make a product better, and even does his best to keep prices as low and affordable as possible. I will continue to purchase statues from my favorite lines from First 4 Figures!

Recently received my second piece from First 4 Figures and it’s gorgeous. The price is high but the quality is exceptional. Service is also very supportive when there are issues. I had a problem with my card not working for the final payment, but they helped me resolve it quickly.

I love First 4 Figures because they do not sleep when it comes to quality. They delayed the Reala figure production because it wasn't up to snuff the first time around, and I am grateful they took the time to do over and try again because of how much they care about the quality. The figures are beautiful, fantastic size, and the variety of the series is amazing. I cannot wait for Tails, Amy, and Knuckles!
