Fisher Paykal have been excellent to deal with; so responsive. And today they sent Adam Smith tech 126 who was brilliant. From the moment he rang to update me with timings I knew we were in good hands. He was thoughtful & thorough & explained the problem with clarity. Thank you so much

Fisher & Paykel sent an engineer to fix our microwave and warming draw under our 5 year warranty. The whole booking process was very easy.
Engineer Andy Smith attended within a few days contracting them. Andy was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable and kept us updated with his ETA throughout.

Adam provided excellent service. Three separate visits were required due to unavailability of parts but Adam explained what the issues were, provided good communication re the parts required and timelines, and carried out a quick and tidy installation when the parts arrived.

The service I received from Jai was great. He called shortly before arriving so I was ready for him. Worked very efficiently, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and explanation was very clear.

I have gotten to know Aaron over the years with multiple F&P appliances he has always provided an excellent service rectifying any faults/maintenance quickly. Aaron is (& always has been) kind and knowledgeable, he has a wonderful sense of humour and is an absolute pleasure to have in your home.

Jiy came to fix the door on my dishwasher this afternoon. It all went as smooth as silk from start to finish.
The handle broke a couple of weeks ago and I booked the repair with no problems, the team were polite helpful and happy to help. On the designated day Jiy contacted me in advance to say he was on his way and when he arrived got on and got the job done in no time at all.
In my opinion Fisher & Paykel offer the best appliance aftercare on the market, we have used them 3 times in the 9 years of having this dishwasher and each time has been hassle free, quick and easy.
