Brilliant engineer: Adam Smith (Tech 126)

Your engineer Adam Smith (Tech 126) was a credit to your team. Adam was punctual, polite and professional from the point he was assigned to my job.
Clearly an expert in his field, Adam successfully completed the repair which was assigned to him after 3 failed attempts from another local ‘approved’ repair provider.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and very grateful to Adam for getting my dishwasher back into work after a very long 3 month hiatus!!

Service on our Fisher Paykel fridge…

Service on our Fisher Paykel fridge freezer today. Dean was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what products to use for cleaning and explaining the operation of the fridge and freezer. He Identified and rectified the problem straight away. Very pleasant experience.

Outstanding Customer Support

We’ve been using Fisher & Paykel appliances since 2016, and while many brands focus on constant innovation and technical upgrades, for me the number one priority as a customer is post-sales support. A special thank you goes to Adam, who went out of his way not only to resolve an issue with our dishwasher, but also to help identify where a potential leak might be coming from in the cupboard below.
F&P technicians are all in-house, with none of that outsourcing nonsense. That level of care and attention is well beyond what you’d expect from most other brands.

Good customer service

We had a replacement Fisher & Patel American fridge freezer delivered today. We bought the original in November and it suddenly stopped working. We booked an engineer visit and Trevor who came out to look at it was very quick to diagnose that the cooling unit had no gas, and immediately arranged a new one as a replacement with no fuss.

Chris and Eddie delivered the replacement today right on schedule and they were really quick to remove the old one and get the new one in, despite it being a bit tight in the hallway to fit through. They were really friendly and helpful.
