I was looking for a piano door for my house and he couldn’t have helped me more with measurements and what I could do to fit the door. Went looking for a new floor a couple of weeks ago, Marc gave us a couple of options and prices, he was really helpful but didn’t try to push us. We went back today and saw him again and purchased the flooring. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and nice man. Thank you!

Great customer service
Great customer service. We easily bought our flooring online after going into store to choose it. I received a phone call the day after my order organising a quick delivery. The delivery driver was very friendly. All in all, would highly recommend.

I ordered a floor to be delivered they rang the next day to confirm it. The delivery was going to be a bit longer than I expected so I asked could I just collect myself and this was no problem! They had it ready when I got there and loaded it for me.
