Adore my juicer

Adore my juicer. It’s so easy to use and clean and I know I’m getting all the goodness out of my fruit and veg.

It’s a really sleek designer and doesn’t take up loads of space in my kitchen. I have a few juicers and this is by far my favourite.

Best purchase I’ve made this year.

(Edited!) I loved this juicer (f1900 Whole Fruit Juicer) for ONE WEEK then it literally just stopped working! So disappointed and such a kerfuffle getting it back to them. Fridja have been emailing me today (well, one specific person and it’s been verging on harassment) denying that it could just stop working. It DID! Nothing to do with strainer as veg couldn’t even reach the strainer! As it had STOPPED WORKING. Video I sent to them of this happening sadly didn’t convey the problem accurately. Fridja (specifically one person👇) have been emailing me back and forth telling me how wrong I am. Then see my review after I ask them to please stop emailing them BOOM! 👇 Protesting too much???? Hmmm 🤔 AVOID AND LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS 👍

Our technicians received this juicer back and found the filter blocked with dried fruit/veg. Unfortunately, this will happen when left without being cleaned for a period of time. Therefore juice could not pass through the blocked filter.

Nevertheless, our team worked tirelessly to help this customer, including organising a return delivery.

We only want happy customers. We would advise customers to clean their products properly after use to ensure their longevity.

I've been using the Fridja F2500 Whole…

I've been using the Fridja F2500 Whole Fruit Juicer and it's genuinely impressive. It zips through whole fruits and veggies, saving me time and effort. The motor is powerful yet surprisingly quiet, and the wide chute is great for larger pieces, avoiding the need to chop everything finely.

Cleaning is straightforward since it's easy to take apart and safe for the dishwasher. The anti-drip feature keeps my kitchen tidy, too. The juice comes out fresh and flavourful, encouraging me to try new combinations daily.

It's a solid piece of equipment that looks good on the counter and feels built to last. Although it’s a bit pricey, the performance and quality make it worth the cost. Perfect for anyone serious about juicing!

Poor experience after steamer suddenly stopped working

My steamer stopped working, after seeking their advise Fridja suggested a new hose. I ordered one, tried it and discovered that wasn’t the problem so packaged it to return. Returns has to be done via email, my request was rejected, the reason being I had ‘used’ the item. Now I’m left with a still broken steamer and a brand new hose at a cost of £40. It’s a disgrace, I won’t shop from them again, I’ve only had the £200 steamer 2 months over 2 years!

Poor customer care

The juicer I purchased direct from Fridja 10 months ago. It worked well until the plastic strainer cracked. I contacted Fridja as I thought it was under warranty, however they stated that as it was “a refurbished” item, the warranty was only 6 months. A replacement strainer is £40 plus p&p which really seems excessive as it’s such a small part. The aftercare failed as I asked for some leniency. Unfortunately the juicer will have to be disposed of as I hoped the customer service would be better.

Thank you for your reply from my November review and offer of a discount. 20% still equates to £40 ($50) including postage for replacement of the small clear plastic object which broke. My review is in response of the “customer service” I received, not the product. I don’t doubt that many customers have had their their Fridja products for years. It’s when things go wrong is a mark and quality of a company that supplies excellent customer support.

Refurbished products should last for many years and do in the majority of cases. If a replacement strainer was needed due to a crack after such a short time, it might have been subjected to stress that's not suitable for juicing, ie excessive hard skin or stones. In addition, the strainer is not suitable for high temperature dishwasher washing.

Typically customers have an f1900 juicer for years trouble free without needing replacement parts.

However saying this, we are happy to help if you contact us with a discount code for a replacement part. We only want happy customers.

FRIDJA f1000 Professional Vertical Garment Steamer

For the price this steamer could be better quality. The hose is too lightweigt and the head could be more substantial as well. the pole has too much give. I won't be using the hanger attachement, it's very flimsy and does not sit firmly on the pole. I'm sure that my husband would eventually snap it. Also, the glove is one of the cheapest I've seen, I decided to continue using the glove from our previous steamer. Over all not impressed.

Great products

This is the second time I made a purchase in the fridja website. Prior to this I contacted them as my old steamer stopped working and they were very friendly with a quick reply.
I will say that I am very happy with the steamers, it is the perfect product for my shirts, working clothes and any delicate clothing

I have an F1500 Clothes Steamer which I…

I have an F1500 Clothes Steamer which I bought from Fridja's ebay store.

It has only ever been used a handful of times and I stopped using it as the steam output began remaining on at all times... even when the steam trigger was not being used.
This has the effect of not allowing sufficient steam pressure to be built up within the machine to enable it to run as it should. It currently just about wheezes by and steaming anything becomes a laborious chore.

I have tried calling the fridja helpline however it did not get answered and instead I was treated to some jazz music in the background and a voice informing me that the line is unavailable and that i have to email instead. Shortly after this a friendly representative called me back (which was an unexpected surprise) and asked me to send the details via email to enable the technical team to assist in resolving the issue.

Whilst the steamer worked it was in fact very good at what it did.

I am hopeful for a helpful reply.

Decent for the price

This juicer is pretty good. It doesn’t extract as much juice from my veggies as my previous juicer, but that was a more expensive brand. I hate the blade half way down the shoot, as I think it is plain dangerous without being helpful. It is also a pain to juice celery as you have to chop it up so it doesn’t get stuck. Having said all that it is on the cheap side so holds up ok. I also appreciate that it is a smaller company and some of the juicer is made in the UK.

Have had 2 Fridja f1900 juicers, both broke within a short period of time. I understand now why companies charge so much more for good juicers as these cheap ones just aren't worth buying.
