WHAT MADE MY EXPERIENCE GREAT WAS SUCH A LARGE SELECTION OF NICE SHOES WITH REASONABLE PRICES AND DISCOUNTS!

Shoes and customer service were great.
I ordered shoes with too large of a heel and they were quick with responses to exchange for me.
Material of the shoes are good quality and beautiful.

It was easy to access.
The discounted helped. The free shipping is always something I look for.
And I assumed these boots I purchased are leather.

I found myself wanting multiple pairs of shoes. Love them! Site was easy to navigate. If all goes well with my shoes I will be buying more.

I initially found the FSJ website because I was looking for black and white heels. I contacted customer service because a lot of the reviews indicated that the shipping time was too long. That was not my experience! When I emailed customer service prior to placing my order I got an immediate response! I placed my order and I got a shipping notification within 10 days! The shoes were absolutely stunning upon arrival but I had to request a replacement because they were too big. Despite the website suggestions regarding sizing, I would recommend ordering your normal size or a 1/2 size up. Throughout the whole process customer service was excellent! I highly recommend FSJ!

My shoes are BEAUTIFUL!! I am so pleased that I took a chance and tried FSJ shoes. The quality of the fabric and intricacy of the design is amazing. This is my new go to for shoes. I already have a second pair on the way. 😁

This company is top tier. So even though they cary really small sizes, as a trans woman I love that they cary up to a size 15! I have an amazing collection and wear mainly their brand because of the customer service I recieve. Its hard buying shoes over the internet, you dont always see every angle and every shoe wont always flatter but they will make sure your happy with customization. I cant say enough good about them.

After placing and receiving a FSJ Shoes order. The shoes were too large. In contacting FSJ Support Team and submitting pictures to verify the concern, they quickly agreed to ship the correct size sandals at no cost to me. Thank you FSJ (I will place another order soon.)

I had a very positive experience with FSJ’s customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes, but the first model I received was a bit tight, and the color looked quite different from the photos. When I contacted customer service, they were very understanding and helpful, and they allowed me to exchange them for a different model since I wasn’t satisfied with the color.
The exchanged pair arrived and looked exactly like the photos, but unfortunately, this time the size was a little too big. FSJ’s team was again very professional. They asked me to send photos of my foot with measurements so we could figure out the correct size together, and now they are sending me the right size.
I also really appreciate that they told me I could keep the pair that didn’t fit, so I’ll be giving them to a friend. Overall, FSJ handled the situation with great care, kindness, and professionalism. Buying shoes online can be tricky, but their customer service made the exchange process much easier.

I have just ordered my 8th pair of shoes and lets just say I love them all. I have some issues with 1 pair of boots arriving with mo rhinestones but the company made it right by giving me a small credit.
I also had my stiletto heels break on one pair so they decided to give me another small credit wich helped including adding some extra spare studs. They are very responsive snd great to work with!

Communication from customer service was thorough, prompt, straightforward, and generous.

The product was quality and the replacement of the shoes that didn’t fit was handled very generously and assuredly for proper fit the next time

I ordered a pair of completely custom shoes: they are gorgeous! I sent some pictures of the shoe I wanted and the shoe I got is spot on. Fits beautifully and is beautiful. I wear a women’s us size 14 eu 46 normally. I’m a 15 in FSJ. I had a great experience with customer service, which is consistent. I ordered another pair of shoes from FSJ several months ago and customer service was excellent at that time as well; very responsive and seemed to care. I admit that shoe never turned out the way I’d hoped, but FSJ sure tried. Despite that shoe never really working out (they did try 3 times and there were no additional charges, it just never quite fit) my experience with customer service was good enough to make me choose to order another shoe from them: and this shoe is fantastic! Wearing such a large shoe size it is incredibly difficult to find shoes that fit and are something I’d like and so it’s very meaningful to get what I wanted. Be aware that shipping time is quite long, but so worth it.

I love Fsj I originally ordered in Dec for Christmas my shoes were too small seems sizing is a little different as I wear 12 but had to get size 14 boots, but FSJ accommodated me through the entire exchange. They sent 2 pairs although they didn’t fit they didn’t charge me until the 3rd try and it was only a $35 ship fee, and these fit. It was a headache because I missed my bday in Jan and Valentine in Feb but it’s May and I can wear my boots for summer. All I can say is be patient they will help you if issues arise. I wish to be a shoe model for them great quality shoes😍

I really appreciate the variety of styles and price points. However when completing the order, it’s unclear when the order will be shipped or received. Even the confirmation emails do not provide details of delivery.

I’ve ordered from XydShoes, and their service is remarkable! I accidentally ordered a size that didn’t fit and they offered for a full refund, with a new shipment of the shoes in the correct size with no shipping cost! They were very helpful and have very prompt responding, which is very reliable. I will be ordering from there again and referring to them for my friends!
