The Furniture Village was great today as I was able to order what I wanted at a good price deal. Charlie Norman was particularly helpful

We bought a dining table and chairs from furniture village. The person who helped us was excellent. She was polite and respectful. Gave us space to choose and gave very helpful advice. She helped us get exactly what we wanted.

During the process of choosing a new sofa for my lounge, I visited the Worcester store and interacted several times with James Hyland on each occasion he acknowledged me in the store gave helpful advice and information and also gave me the space to quietly narrow down my choices for the right style & size for my lounge. I felt so at ease with his approach that I specifically sought him out on my final return yesterday to make my purchase. He is extremely polite ,professional , informative, thorough & very personable . I visited several retailers whilst making my purchase decision and the store, the product and James shone in comparison to your competitors, Thankyou James for your excellent service . I am looking forward to enjoying my new furniture when its delivered and I have no doubt that I will purchase from Furniture Village again in the future and recommend you to friends and family.

We visited Worcester Furniture Village to browse lounge sofas. We were very impressed by James in sales. He was very customer orientated, asked what our preferences were and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The store itself was attractively laid out with a large selection of furniture. James's attention to detail made our shopping experience much more enjoyable.

Giorgia was very informative regarding both the sofa and the wardrobe I was interested in. She was very polite and courteous and provided just the right level of attention.

We visited our local Furniture Village store in Worcester with the intention of looking for a new bed, we ended up buying a new bed on the spot. Once we explained to the sales assistant Georgia Colombine our requirements she was very helpful providing options but not pushing us into anything we did not want or need. A very helpful friendly and knowledgeable Sales person, if only all sales people were like her.

Giorgia your sales assistant was attentive but not pushy. Helpful and understanding.
We didn’t come in to buy, we were browsing but ended up with a double and single recliner chair.

First class customer service

Furniture is lovely. Customer service is atrocious. I ordered 2 bedroom chests in August 2025 at the brand new Worcester store. I am still waiting for delivery and have just been told it will be the end of March 2026!

There was an error with the original order. Emma Roberts put through the order as the 4 drawer version. I wanted the 3 drawer version. The error was pointed out in December when they attempted to deliver the 4 drawer version.

I reordered but when they came to deliver in January, they had on board the 4 DRAWER VERSION. I accepted delivery on the understanding this would be rectified asap.

They have just tried to arrange collection but no sign of delivery which would leave me with zero bedroom furniture for a month.

I am incandescent with rage.

Easy to get to , plenty of parking. Nice building, well laid out , lovely smell. Charlie was a super person to deal with, knew what he was talking about, very helpful. Saved quite a bit with the Sale. Delivery will be convenient. Lovely furniture, and accessories, especially the Elephant picture.

Sale assistant Charlie very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our purchase of a new bed. Left us to decide for ourselves there was no sales pressure. Would definitely recommend the Worcester store.
